Would recommend if looking for a quality fan

Pretty but not what I expected

I liked all the speeds (10) but anything over 3 and my wife said it was too loud. It was easy to put together and the remote was nice but overall I was more satisfied with the $50 tower fan I bought after I returned this one.

The noise you have reported does not appear as though your unit was performing as intended. AM07 was designed to reduce the noise and power consumption without compromising on the performance of our powerful air multiplier line - resulting in our quietest fans – up to 75% quieter than the original Air Multiplier fan. It is also recognized by the Noise Abatement Society and awarded the Quiet Mark.

(5yrs) Our most recent one finally kicked the bucket and we didn't hesitate to get another which was on sale.

Although when I was in the store, because it was circulating cool air conditioned air, I thought it would perhaps move cooler air in a hot room.
