Posted .Hi Achie, this is Joe with Dyson. Thank you for leaving a review of the AM07. AM07 is up to 60% quieter than our previous AM02 air multiplier and uses 10% less energy. Unlike traditional tower style fans that buffet the air and leave uncomfortable choppy feeling, our air multipliers have a stream of smooth air.
A high velocity jet of air exits the loop amplifier and creates an area of low pressure that draws in air from behind the fan. As the jet of air leaves the front of the loop amplifier more air is drawn in from the surroundings, amplifying the initial airflow even further.
