My hair is slightly curly, wavy, and fine. This is the first hair straightener that I’ve ever used that after using it my hair actually looks like it does after I leave the salon!! It’s so sleek and smooth. For me paying the $500 is worth it because I’ve bought so many other straighteners over the years from $50- $250 and never had these results

I’ve purchased Dyson blow dryer then the Dyson curler for my wife. I had to get the straightener also just to make sure she had the complete line. This thing is very unique! The ability for the unit to be cordless and work blew me away - not the price! Buy Dyson styling products only if you want your wife to have the best!

I bought this for my girlfriend and she really loves her hair.

I generally LOVE Dyson products but this one is a pass for me. Unless you fairly straight hair already (think wavy or just frizz), this is is not the product for you. The pros: It charges up quickly. It's pretty. It is lightweight. It is made by Dyson. Cons: Battery dies quickly. If you have 3a hair or curlier...it will only survive maybe half your head. You really need to keep it plugged in which makes it not worth the price point. It will straighten some of your hair...but the battery dies too fast to be worth the premium price. If you use it plugged in, works just fine but then there's no point in paying for the wireless capability. Definitely portable for lugging around but honestly, I would suggest skipping this item for a cheaper wired straightener. Bottom line; If you have actually curly hair AND you keep it plugged in, you can finish your whole head but you are paying a premium for the Dyson name and the cord-free capability. It is simply not worth the price if you can't use it cord-free so it is disappointing that it just doesn't cut it for curly girls if not plugged in. My friends who have fairly straight hair can definitely use this no problem but this is no match for my 3b curly hair. You can certainly get better results with a cheaper straightener IF you have curly hair so I would say pass on this unless you either have money to burn, are a hardcore Dyson fan or have already fairly straight hair to begin with.

So I got this as a graduation gift for my fiancée. She uses this thing every day and has had great success doing things with it that she typically can’t due to a cord. The fact that you have a controllable temperature means less damage. She also says “the noises it makes are super cute” I’d say it is worth the price. For a dyson.

I have very thick course curly, wavy hair and getting my hair to be tamed and straight has never been easier since adding this straightener to my life. My favorite hair product and I would recommend it to anyone who has difficult hair. This will not only make your life easier but will take time off from you getting ready in the morning.

I am a huge fan of the airstyler, but this was a waste of money. DISAPPOINTING. I bought a corrale in 2020 during the pandemic, but ended up not using it often. I turned this on Feb 2023 and the battery is dead? I am unaware of how to purchase replacements. Nor is Dyson customer service. I literally spent $500 for a hair tool I used max 30x in 3 years.

Do yourself a favor and buy this set. The brush and comb are made with the quality and care known to dyson. The straightener works so well on my hair and I love that it is cordless. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve used this in the car on the way to an event.

My wife loves it. Got it for her as a gift. She loves that it’s cordless when in use and it doesn’t damage her hair like her (very nice and pricey) previous straightener did. It is expensive, but she does use it all the time, so I think it’s worth it. I did get it on sale- which helped the price feel a little better.

I just love this so much great for car getting ready

This is the best flat iron I have ever used on my hair! My hair feels so soft and has a nice sheen after each use. The weight of the iron is not a problem at all. It glides through my hair with such ease. I am so happy I made the leap and bought this Dyson flat iron.

Not only is it cordless but the battery lasts a long time. It is so efficient you will never use another straightener again. It’s the only straightener that actually moves to the contours of your hair and the heat controls itself so you don’t burn or get split ends. I know its expensive but you truly get what you pay for! A+
