Dont buy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This straightener does work good, but not for long. Mine went out after just a year. The overheating signal kept turning on even at the lowest setting. Trying to replace it was so difficult. Dyson has terrible customer service. I got a new one after 2 weeks, and after using it only twice, a new warning signal keeps popping up. It is telling me to reset it which is not working. For a brand new straightener to do this is ridiculously. I would expect more for the price. Now i have to deal again with the terrbile customer service for a solution.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying. Like a lot of other people, the battery died in my flat iron just after the 2 year warrantee expired. After a few more months, it won't even work while plugged in. I contacted Dyson who told me they couldn't do anything since it was out of warrantee. They gave me the number for their repair shop where I could take it to have the battery replaced. Since it's no where near my house, I called them to find out how much it would cost to replace the batteries and was quoted OVER $300. Complete and total rip off! Beyond livid that I spent over $500 on this for it to completely die in less than 3 years. I expected more from Dyson!

Do not purchase
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy the Dyson Corrale straightener. My straightener stopped working just outside of the warranty period. I called to troubleshoot and Dyson said it was a non-repairable code. They do not stand behind their products and basically told me I am out of luck. Apparently this is a known issue with this product.
