The price made me wary but I still went through with the purchase. The quality of the Syrian yet is nice I really like how it can be cordless and heats up very quickly. My biggest problem with it is that the straightener pulls my hair every time I straighten it. I would expect a $500 straightener to not pull my hair! I have had better experiences with a cheap $20 straightener than this one! I didn’t return it in time so now I am trying to find someone to buy it from ke to make some of my money I spent back. I do not recommend this product! It is not worth the money AT ALL!

Battery lasts 30 mins

You can plug it in and use when the battery is dead but then whats the point of dropping $500 on a flat iron if I have to use it while its plugged in.
