This is probably the worst Dyson product I’ve ever owned (which has been a lot- I’ve previously been a fan of the brand). It does not perform as advertised. It lasts 7 minutes on battery power and 15 plugged in (yes- the battery keeps dropping when you’re using it while plugged in and will shut off when it gets too low). My hair is a bob just below my chin and I can’t even do my whole head without running out of battery. On top of that, despite the advertising, it pulls my hair out. So not worth the money. I’ve spent hours trying to work with Dyson customer service and have gotten nowhere. I finally got one to try to send me a new machine, but this thing is SO bad that I don’t want a new one. Would be nice to get credit toward a new product, considering this cost me $500 and a $50 machine works as good AND doesn’t shut off due to battery not lasting. Save your money. Buy a GHD. Never failed me, does a better job, and doesn’t rip out my hair.

Bought my wife this for her birthday and she talks about if all the time. Easy to use and she takes it travel with us all the time. Highly recommend dyson

Amazing iron heats up fast. Use daily in salon and would never buy anything different

I enjoyed this for a good 2 years but then the battery stopped working. I have contacted Dyson and searched all over the internet. As it turns out, the battery from this very expensive straightener can not be replaced. It essentially functions the same as my $20 corded straightener now. It is very disappointing that a hair straightener this expensive would only work for 2 years.

Bought this for my wife after getting her the dyson hair dryer and she loves it. She can blow dry and straighten her very curly hair in 30 min now as opposed to an hour.

I’ve had so many flat irons throughout the year, and this by far is the best one I’ve ever had. Although, it’s pricey, it is worth every dollar

This cordless hair straightener works very well. Wife loved it and she has long hair. One thing she says is she wished it lasted longer. I wish we purchased the additional warranty through Best Buy! BUY the BEST BUY warranty, I had tons of issues with Dyson to get it repaired/fixed.

Think twice before buying this product. My straightener failed after 6 months past the two year warranty that Dyson offers. This was their response to me. I am sorry to hear that your machine is no longer performing as it should. In the case of our hair care machines, we do not have any out of warranty replacement options and a repair is not possible at this time for the Corrale. Why spend so much for something only to find out if it breaks they can’t even repair it.

Works well on my bleach hair without further damaging.

Was super excited about this at first- why hasn't someone else come up with a cordless straightener before this? However, after 2 years, it is completely useless. It does not work unless connected, and sometimes still turns off while still connected/plugged in. More difficult to use when attached since its magnetic, so it disconnects easily. Very disappointed- for the price, product should work more than 2 years.

Will not stay charged, will completely die with in 5 minutes

After the 2 years warranty its not worth the price i paid for Because the wireless function stop working which is the primary reason why i bought the product and now it has to be connected all the time. I am very disappointed. Dont buy this product. ☹️

Less then 30 min and the edges are tearing the hair off. I just bought last week i gave it couple chance but i feel same . It is breaking up my hair . I have airwrap . I definitely suggested airwrap.

The return policy is ridiculous bad, got it as a gift because of the price by the time the gift was given the retunr policy was done 15 days

Bought for my wife she loves it! A little pricey but works great!
