Sadly, the reviews I read were accurate. After being fully charged, the battery only lasts maybe 30 minutes before dying again. It also didn’t run over my hair smoothly and it felt like it was pulling when running it through. I ended up returning. I was so sad that I didn’t love it…it was such a pretty color!

The first one lasted me just over 5 years. Myself and my twin daughters used it 3-4 times a week each. We definitely got our money’s worth. I had zero hesitation on purchasing a new one. These are expensive but worth every penny. We own all of the Dyson hair products and they are second to none.

Honestly Dyson just delivers when it comes to their products. Beautiful designs and convenient. Love that it’s wireless and the fact that it doesn’t rip out my hair like most straighteners due. My previous straightener was a babybliss. This was definitely an upgrade. If you’re thinking about, don’t! Just get it.
