Not a product review, but a Best Buy review. I ordered this item to be delivered next day. This was the only reason I ordered it from Best Buy. I actually ordered the Dyson air straight. Upon processing the order suddenly it switched to the Dyson corralle. The item wasn’t delivered the next day, or the day after that, it was delivered three days late by a DoorDash driver. Nobody in the chat could give me a straight answer about anything. They couldn’t understand my request and gave me robotic answers that did not align with my questions. It was a disaster of an experience. The item didn’t even come from a Best Buy warehouse. It came from some outsourced Warehouse. I would not trust them. Don’t order from Best Buy.

It does not work it turns off when trying to use to straighten hair

Presentation is good, the design outstanding, just a few issues. After fully charged, and 2 minutes of use, the battery drains completely also it's a bit heavy

Well built and designed. But the new tech is just a gimmick. Otherwise if you dont mind spending the money, you'll still have a nice hair straightener.

Expensive straightener, could buy a cheaper one. Only nice part of it is, it does glide nicely and of course it’s wireless but the charge doesn’t hold especially if you have long hair and a lot of it.

15 day return policy is horrible. BestBuy lowered price substantially 18 days after purchase and would not price match. Recommend buying elsewhere.

I love Dyson products, but this one did not impress me. Its best feature is to be cordless, but it is very heavy. Despite my slightly wavy hair, my arm ached to get it straight. Not that fast, not that good. I don’t recommend.
