Great product. I have been using DC 25 for about 9 years and nothing can beat a Dyson. This handheld one is the best with the most powerful motor that one would be surprised where all the dust that it collects came from. Amazing!!! Perfect with tools for vacuuming different surfaces it is the best I can look for. Just one note the extension could have been a bit more stronger, it has already dented.

The power drains from the battery way to quickly and in my opinion not enough power to the vacuum to suck up the dog and cat hair like I wanted ! Also - the canister is akward and difficult to empty . When the canister is not even half full - the vacuum looses suction power. Really not anything positive to say about this vacuum- I returned mine !

Posted .Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. I am sorry to see this review, and how unhappy you were with the Dyson Cyclone V10 Motorhead cordless. Please keep in mind that your machine will offer three suction modes for use with cleaning around your home. As a result, we would not expect you to require the MAX suction setting, as it is only intended for use with tough cleaning jobs and also provides the least amount of run time, while providing additional power for the job. In suction setting 2 Dyson Cyclone V10 will provide up to 20 minutes of run time with a motorized cleaner head or up to 30 minutes when used in suction setting 1. Without the motorized cleaner head, Dyson Cyclone V10 will provide up to 60 minutes of run time on a full charge, making it our longest running cordless model to date.
