This vacuum is easy to carry, great for steps and under tables. Battery lasts over an hour in first mode and attachments are practical. Excellent machine for going up and down steps.

best vacuum we have every owned. Had this vacuum for over 3 years and battery still as strong as it was new. Great Vacuum

I’ll never consider another brand. Battery lasts an hour allowing me to vacuum my entire place with a single charge. It picks up everything and filters the air. Best vacuum ever!

This is the 2nd one I’ve own, my first cordless dyson was the old model which I still have , and it still works, I just wanted the updated version and I have no regrets.

The battery life is nowhere near 60 minutes, and it makes a very high pitch noise....most likely due to the fact the motor has been crammed into a smaller space. I'll keep my corded Dyson.

The product works well. The battery life sucks. Battery is just about 30 minutes and take over 2 hours to recharge. This is not worth $700

Initially, I gave it two stars but as I gathered my thoughts I couldn't think of a positive thing to warrant the extra star. -Too pricey ($700+) -Horrendous battery life (Less than 10 minutes on high suction. Sure you can go lower power but why would you, you paid $700 to get the job done well and fast). -Now the reason I returned it: it broke after three uses. I have a St Bernard puppy who sheds a lot so I wanted, and needed, something good. I read the reviews here and on Amazon and thought why not? I bought the cordless version bc I thought I could use it to clean my car as well, kill two birds with one stone you know. My cleaning lady used it the first two times (over one week) and then the third use I took it to my car. The dog shed quite a bit in the car and this thing didn't couldn't muster up enough suction to clean the floor mat. I thought maybe the reservoir may be too full so I emptied it. Clicked back on and the battery indicator lit up but no suction. I chalked it up to poor battery life so I took it home and charged it overnight. Next morning, again no suction. So I charged it while I was at work. Came back, not working so I called Dyson since they put stickers all over the box to call them if there is an issue. After some troubleshooting, the CSR said to send it back for 10 days of testing and repair so I asked him since I'm within my return window should I return it and he agreed, so here we are. Full Disclosure: I bought the Dyson Ball Animal 2 to give the company a second chance. I figured maybe it was my faulty unit and maybe a corded version would get more power, plus it was a bit cheaper.

I have had 3 other dyson stick vacuums and this one is the best so far even though the other ones are great as well. The 60 min charge is exactly what I need!!

Upgraded from previous v6. V6 version was amazing. Did not like the maintenance on 2 separate filters. This one has one main filter. Should be easier to keep up with.

This vacuum is so easy to use. While it doesn’t replace my canister vacuum, it is great for daily use for quick clean up. Great for vacuuming furniture.

If ya want to get a cordless stick vacuum I recommend dyson v10! The run time on it is great! I had to return the v7 animal and it was worth it and I loved it!

So glad I bought this vacuum! Super powerful and works great on hard floors. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and the v10 has no issue with pet hair. Highly recommend

Great vacuum but battery doesn't hold its charge and fears out right after warranty. The air blows out towards you from the filter.

The design is a huge improvement over the Dyson v6. The way the canister empties is much better. No more using your hands to pull hair and dirt out.

Good overall unit, however the vacuum would be much more functional if it had external battery packs that could be recharged. I'm not quite sure what Dyson is thinking with so many outstanding battery packs available.

Great Machine and added flexibility due to the additional peripheral components that come with Absolute clean make it an absolute must for any household.

The battery life is not what they claim! I can barely do half of my house before it dies. BUT it does have better suction on max than my Ball Animal ever has!

I want to start out by saying Wow, amazing vacuum. The V10 clearly wants to replace the full size corded vacuum in your house, and it comes so close to doing so. On bare floors, this thing is a beast! It is super easy to swivel in and out of tight spots, and it looks awesome doing it. The new design is definitely an upgrade, and emptying the debris is a little easier than the V8 model. The V10 is noticeably lighter, and the charge lasts for what seems like an eternity, even on max suction. I did my family room carpet, then moved to my tile kitchen/foyer, then to the hardwood dining/living room, then even had time to hit some carpet steps. Still did not run out of juice and that took about 16 minutes on max suction. I was able to get it done quickly because the vacuum really did suck up the dirt efficiently. I didn’t need to go over the same spots more than once. The V8 model was not quite as efficient, and caused a bit of double work. For carpets, yes the suction is there, yes the quality of the completed job is impressive, but it really took a toll on my arms to get the job done. I have a thing for vacuums, and have tested quite a few. Most full size vacuums make it easy to push and pull though the carpet. That is not the case with the V10, and my arms were definitely feeling the burn. Keep in mind this is a stick vacuum, not a full size. The V10 is the one of, if not the best I've experienced at getting the dirt along the edge. There is no need to bend down to move those little crevice bits between the carpet and base molding; this thing sucks it up with ease. The V10 is a very versatile vacuum, and worthy of a spot in your home. This thing looks like a piece of art, and if my wife would let me, I would have it mounted in plain view. Sadly, it hides in the closet, but my eyes light up when the kids drop some crumbs on the floor.

Finally caved in and got the dyson v10 absolute and love it! Highly recommend for multiple type floors. Don’t let the price scare you away, worth every penny
