Posted .Hi Lors, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute. Please keep in mind that your machine will offer three suction modes for use with cleaning around your home. Along with three different suction modes, you will also have a suction control slider at the cleaner head for use with cleaning across both hard floors and carpet. As a result, we would not expect you to require the MAX suction setting, as it is only intended for use with tough cleaning jobs and also provides the least amount of run time, while providing additional power for the job. In suction setting 2, Dyson Cyclone V10 will provide up to 20 minutes of run time with a motorized cleaner head or up to 30 minutes when used in suction setting 1. Without the motorized cleaner head, Dyson Cyclone V10 will provide up to 60 minutes of run time on a full charge, making it our longest running cordless model to date.

I'm sorry that you've found this model to be difficult to maneuver. I'm uncertain if you're finding the unit hard to move on bare flooring, carpeting or another surface. Dyson V10 Cyclone Absolute is a hassle-free vacuum with powerful suction. The powerful torque-drive cleaner head removes ground-in dirt and pet hair from carpets, and self-adjusts to pick up dirt and debris from your bare floors. You can also use the included soft roller head on your bare floors, as this tool was engineered specifically for that purpose.

An Awesome, Durable and Light Stick Vacuum

It has great suction combined with lightweight. It uses a ceramic armature instead of metal to avoid a meltdown or galling due to heat. This lightweight spindle also allows it stops almost immediately when you take your finger off of the trigger. Dyson has also increased the size of the dust bin by 40 percent. This gives you a longer vacuuming session time. The ergonomics are the best I have experienced in a Stick Vac. Great warranty, great quality, lightweight and compact – easy to store using the included wall mount with charger. It comes with a great selection of tools including hard and soft floor heads, crevasse tool etc. It is a great compliment to my full-sized Dyson upright (also from Best Buy). And it really does suck – AWESOME!!
