The best vacuum I have had and I have had Dyson's before! The fact that it is cordless is awesome and the suction is phenomenal! Highly reccommend!

This gets the job done. It’s lightweight and I love that there aren’t any messy cords to get in the way of cleaning.

Best purchase ever. This vacuum makes cleaning so fast and easy. The reasoning for 4 stars is it goes dead almost immediately when I’m boost.

We have only used this product a few times, but it really does a great job. We purchased around the holidays and what a great job it did picking up the remnants of the Christmas decorations. It works great on hardwood floors and rugs.

This worked better than expected. Down side is it quit working. I contacted company tech support and they were great about getting it fixed.

I thought my carpets were clean. I filled a canister in my first sweep. I love my Dyson. Well worth the cost.

Had this unit for about 90 days, Used maybe a dozen times or so. The canister now slides completely off? Called Dyson and was told I probably got a lemon, upon further discussion with a rep (A supervisor), I found out there is an issue with a plastic lip that easily breaks when emptying the canister, she was looking at one with the same issue. I asked her if she could look at the V-11, she did and stated that the tab is thicker. So I guess I have to pay more $ to get the V-11 without the flaw?? They are sending out another body with the same lip. This seems to be a design flaw! I wish I never purchased this thing. 20 year Dyson customer. This will be my last Dyson.

The vacuum works like a charm. I didn't realize my carpets were so dirty.

A huge disappointment. I always wanted a fancy Dyson vacuum and was so excited to finally have one. It lasted 4 months before it stopped taking a charge. If you use the Dyson app it has you do a troubleshoot where it says what the problem is. Then you have to call the number, you cannot speak to a person but will receive a text from a robot. The robot again runs you through the same troubleshoot over text. Then it transfers you to a private text chat on a website with an AI that is incredibly frustrating to talk to. At no point can you speak to a person. The part they sent me did not work (new battery) so I had to do the process again. (App, call, text, chatroom) To get more new parts, did not work, then I did it again to get the chord, (app, call, text, chatroom) and did NOT get sent the part and just bought it out of frustration. That didn't work. I've had the vacuum 9 months and only used it 4. Terrible customer service. Unusable product.

Great Vacuum for the price. Works on Carpet, tile and wood floors. The suction power not this vacuum is amazing. Highly recommend.

It's a great little vacuum that does little odd jobs around the house , like a duster that reaches all the way to the floor. Very powerful suction.

1st time purchasing a cordless vac and this one did not disappoint. Live in a 2000 sq ft house and the battery lasts for the entire house. Great attachments too.

I've wanted a cordless vacuum cleaner but the battery life was not with the cost. I love this product because I can vacuum my whole house the still have battery life.

I love stick vacs, but so many times the suction is just too anemic to pick anything up. I've owned and used Dyson vacuums and the one thing that's consistent with all of them is the amazing suction that they generate. The V10 is certainly no exception. First off, it's battery operated. This can make or break some vacuums really fast. I found the charge life to be adequate for running the vacuum at full power and getting to every room I needed to get to before it lost all power. It's quite light even with the floor beater bar attachment installed. The many tools can be interchanged quickly, and they are all well designed for a variety of tasks. The suction is absolutely incredible, especially for a battery powered vacuum this size. There are three levels of power so that you can actually control the amount of suction you need. At first I thought this was a bit of a gimmick because comparable vacuums don't exactly have power to spare. This switch however, does come in handy when going from hard floors, to carpets, to using a different attachment. When on the highest setting, the beater bar literally sucks itself onto the floor so firmly, it gets difficult to push. It has more suction than I can believe, and way more than any other stick vac I've ever used. Cleaning the beater bar is pretty quick and it actually has a way to remove the bar easily for removing any strings or long hair. The dirt cup empties very quickly and does a good job of removing all debris without digging around with your fingers to pull it out. There were a couple of points I wasn't crazy about however. The first is, you need to keep the trigger depressed the entire time you're using it. It does not click "on" and then click "off". This gets a little tedious and can become hard on the trigger finger. It also makes it difficult to switch hands without it turning off in the process. The second point is, I wish the battery itself was removable. That way I could hang the V10 anywhere I chose and charge the battery separately. As it is, you need to put the vacuum in the wall mounted charging station to charge it. This would be a nice feature if everyone had closets with outlets inside, or an area such as a mud room that was convenient to hang it in. I don't have either one, so finding a good place to hang it that has power and is also out of sight is tricky. Both cons aside, this is far and away the best stick vac I've owned or used. The suction was way stronger than I imagined it would be and it's light weight makes it easy to use in most of the places you would want to. It's certainly not inexpensive, but it does go beyond my expectations for a vacuum in this class.

The maneuverability and power are superior but it is slightly heavier than we were expecting.

Probably the best vacuum I've ever owned. Easy to use, easy to charge. Only issue is if its going at the highest setting with max suction, battery will not last long. Still an amazing product.
