A slightly better deal on the standard V10 as the animal has a bigger bin and stronger suction. It’s pricey but really worth it.

I wanted a car that was easily accessible, light weight, AND could do multiple things like vacuum couch cushions and pillows, blinds, base boards and small jars to reach areas and still do the main job. I love it!

This is the best vacuum ever!! Gets the deep down dirt and refreshes the carpet pile. Highly recommend.

Used it once a week, it worked decently well but the battery died in less than one year. Contacted the support to submit a warranty claim, the customer support created an order for replacement battery. Contacted the support again after 4 business days without any shipping notice, found out that they cancelled it silently without any notice and they created an order of replacement again. At this point, I have no idea how long it's going to take to receive the replacement battery and whether they want to honor the warranty or not. This is probably the worst experience that I got from a reputable brand so far. In summary, the battery could fail early, and in that case you might need to wait for couple weeks and waste time on contacting their customer support periodically to check the status of your replacement order.

Great product! My floors and rugs have never been cleaner. I recommend Dyson to the next buyer.

This is the most expensive vacuum I've ever purchased but I wanted to make my life easier. It does vacuum really well and it's lightweight, easy to empty and clean. My only issue is that the buttons that release the attachments are "weak". They feel cheap and I had to fuss with them to get them to release. This is my 2nd dyson cord free - I previously purchased a refurbished V-8 and the release buttons stopped working within weeks. Literally stopped working so I couldn't change attachments. For the cost, I think they should be made better. Btw, I also called Dyson support and due to Covid-19 I was on hold too long to continue waiting.
