Great product. Boost mode has awesome power. Long lasting after each charge

Used it once a week, it worked decently well but the battery died in less than one year. Contacted the support to submit a warranty claim, the customer support created an order for replacement battery. Contacted the support again after 4 business days without any shipping notice, found out that they cancelled it silently without any notice and they created an order of replacement again. At this point, I have no idea how long it's going to take to receive the replacement battery and whether they want to honor the warranty or not. This is probably the worst experience that I got from a reputable brand so far. In summary, the battery could fail early, and in that case you might need to wait for couple weeks and waste time on contacting their customer support periodically to check the status of your replacement order.

It sucks the stuff I ask it to suck, I'd feel bad but I think it likes it.

I’m dyson fan since day one. I just upgrade from V8 to V 10. The sucktion is powerful. It’s the best for house full of pet.

Purchased this stick vacuum to clean up our dog’s fur. It does a great job and has a lot of power.

Never thought I would want a battery-powered vacuum, but this has made things so much easier. Most the floors (other than bedrooms) in the house have hard floors plus a couple rugs. I’ve been able to vacuum all the non-carpeted areas on a charge, but of course if you turn up the power for carpet the power goes down quick. Also wish the power trigger would stay “clicked” or something rather than holding it

Just bought it works well has really strong suction on the vacuum I like it.

This is my go to vacuum because it’s lightweight and a longer battery life! It’s perfect for stairs and tough areas to go to!

I took the plan on my last dyson. It died while under warranty, but warranty didnt cover full cost of replacement, as advertised! Alao, the last dyson was mounted on my wall. I tried to mount this new one and the molly from the first one was larger...so the new one cant be mounted in the same place without having a handyman repair the wall. Plus, now, I cant remove the screw and molly from the mount. It would have been nice if Dyson had the new vaccume fit into the old mount! Doubly disappointing!

No cords -yea! Does all that I wanted without having to mess with a cord.

Awesome product specially for allergic to dust mite and animal dandruff.

Very happy with my purchase, came with a lot of attachments especially a brush for my hardwood floors. Wish it held a charge longer.
