Most the floors (other than bedrooms) in the house have hard floors plus a couple rugs. I’ve been able to vacuum all the non-carpeted areas on a charge, but of course if you turn up the power for carpet the power goes down quick. Also wish the power trigger would stay “clicked” or something rather than holding it

It died while under warranty, but warranty didnt cover full cost of replacement, as advertised! Alao, the last dyson was mounted on my wall. I tried to mount this new one and the molly from the first one was larger...so the new one cant be mounted in the same place without having a handyman repair the wall. Plus, now, I cant remove the screw and molly from the mount. It would have been nice if Dyson had the new vaccume fit into the old mount! Doubly disappointing!

Posted .Hello Kory, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're happy to hear that you were so pleased with the suction your Cyclone V10 Animal offers. You do have three suction modes to choose from, which provide anywhere from 5-60 minutes of run time. The high/boost mode of suction is great for large debris or more stubborn messes, but we would not recommend that mode for everyday cleaning, as it does provide less run time.
