Absolutely love it. We had V8 which was great but only lasted 20 minutes. I decided to purchase this one because of the longer charge but unfortunately it still doesn’t last more ~ 20 minutes. I’m reaching out Dyson for assistance. It’s great other then charge time.

Not a bad device. My only issue is during install I felt as if I was going to break the mount. You have to really press down to lock it in place. Other than that really cool product

Great vacuum. Setup was a breeze and once it was charged up no issues in using the unit. Works great and all surfaces. It is able to pick up any mess we have made so far.

Extremely easy to use, lightweight. Battery duration and capacity were a concern. Turns out to be more than enough for my needs.

I just received this vacuum in the last week. I have used several times. Has good suction. I gave 3 stars because I haven't had the product very long, it is kind of hard to push on thick carpet and price of the product.

It’s a bit pricey but it’s versatile when you need to vacuum your entire house or your car. The compartment for dirt is a bit small but it takes 2 seconds to empty.

I have had this vacuum for less than a year and boost mode no longer works. The light indicating something is stuck keeps lighting up whenever I use it in this mode and the vacuum will turn off in less than a minute. I have cleaned it and checked for anything that might have gotten stuck but did not find anything. Definitely not worth the price.

I always disliked doing the vacuuming around the house because of the difficulty moving around due to the power cord and bulky machine. This vacumn is more powerful and fun to use. Yes I actually enjoy vacuuming now.

Best vacuum ever! We have a Cat & this hand held vacuum does the trick & then some! A few people said that the battery doesn't last long, but for our 1 bedroom apt this works great!

Wow! Everyone told me 1. I would love it and 2. I would vacuum more. Both true! Exceptional vacuum worth every penny. I highly recommend the dok station.

Excellent product. I bought it for my parents as a gift now looking for one for myself once sale comes up. Fantastic quality.

I loved the convenience and being able to store easily. I have had several mechanical issues with this item every time I clean the filter it stops working so it’s presently not working and I will have to take it to the shop again.

OK battery life, not as much suction unless close to dirt/fuzzies, keeps stucking & stopping on bathroom matts. Tooo expensive took a chance I guess lost this one, maybe another chance later.

My old Dyson died . It was my fault. Found this one on sale during Black Friday. I love it. It is alittle heavier than my last one, but works very well.

I mean what can’t I say about dyson , that’s all I buy for the past 10-15 years now. Went to this one just so I wouldn’t have to lug my other ball dyson up and down the stairs. Thing works great

We love our Dyson. It's been great to use on every surface we can find with all the available attachments it makes it easy to do stairs and every nook and cranny that you need it for.

Awesome. So easy to use. Don’t have to lug it out of the closet. People have complained about battery life, but I’ve never ran it out.

We bought our first dyson a few years back when it stoped charging it was a household disaster so we went right out and bought the newest one our house is unmanaglbe without a dyson cordless to clean up messes

I was very excited to get a cordless vacuum that I could bring out, do some cleaning, and put away with no cords and no fuss. I honestly do love the new design of the waste bin, the motor, the attachments etc. But then you get to the run time. The glorious 60 minute run time that is advertised everywhere. I had my doubts going in because of the size of the battery. I also knew there would not necessarily be a full 60 minutes because of the various power level settings. I never expected for the run time to go from an advertised 60 minutes down to 10 minutes or less when you run it on "high". To me, the lowest power setting is not worth running because unless you're picking up a single animal hair or feather, you're not getting things clean. The medium power setting is okay when you have some light dust or dog hair on the ground. The high setting is what you want to run a vacuum at. It has the level of suction I would expect from a stick vac. But then you get 10 minutes or less run time after a 3.5 hour plus charge. No thank you. This is going back this weekend. I'll stick to my corded vacuum that has the power I need.

This is my first cordless dyson and I loved. I was skeptical in the beginning I have three cats so it’s a lot Hair to vacuum ,but new Dyson have bigger canister sets work perfect for me happy with my purchase .
