The best vacuum I ha ever purchased. Great support as well. My roller head started to have damage, called Dyson and I had a free replacement part at my door in three days.

This is my first cordless dyson and I loved. I was skeptical in the beginning I have three cats so it’s a lot Hair to vacuum ,but new Dyson have bigger canister sets work perfect for me happy with my purchase .

I was very excited to get a cordless vacuum that I could bring out, do some cleaning, and put away with no cords and no fuss. I honestly do love the new design of the waste bin, the motor, the attachments etc. But then you get to the run time. The glorious 60 minute run time that is advertised everywhere. I had my doubts going in because of the size of the battery. I also knew there would not necessarily be a full 60 minutes because of the various power level settings. I never expected for the run time to go from an advertised 60 minutes down to 10 minutes or less when you run it on "high". To me, the lowest power setting is not worth running because unless you're picking up a single animal hair or feather, you're not getting things clean. The medium power setting is okay when you have some light dust or dog hair on the ground. The high setting is what you want to run a vacuum at. It has the level of suction I would expect from a stick vac. But then you get 10 minutes or less run time after a 3.5 hour plus charge. No thank you. This is going back this weekend. I'll stick to my corded vacuum that has the power I need.

Very happy about my purchase. I was extremely impressed with the suction power and how it vacuums my thick carpet, My only complaint is I wish you did not have to manually hold down the trigger to power on. It can get a little painful after a while

I love the select power. The canister emptying is better too. The battery is better than earlier versions but doesn't last nearly as long as they advertise - even at the weakest setting.

Purchased for my mom as christmas present. was 150 off and glad i made the purchase. i went ahead and got the 5 year warranty coverage just in case. it works great.

Absolutely LOVE!!! My mom has one so I was familiar with item already but I’m just obsessed. 10/10 would recommend

We have 3 dogs and this vacuum picks up all the dust and dog hair. I tried it after using my regular vacuum and it picked up so much more! Very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend!

it does what it says. trust me its a great product and its worth every penny. dont have to second guess after buying a vacuum after buying this.

Super light and powerful. Especially for dog hair. I use it everyday and even though the house looks "clean" the dyson keeps cleaning!

Love the dyson brand on any of their series of vacuum cleaners make sure u get the extended service battery tends to loose some of the power over time

Great little vacuum! Perfect for cleaning all surfaces. Cleans rooms steeps and cars great. Plenty of run time unless you want to do the full house.

not sure why it took me so long to finally purchase a Dyson. the amount of animal fur and dust that was picked up after the first use made me realize we've been walking around on dirty carpet for years.

Best vacuum ever! We had looked for a sale on this Dyson forever and it finally happened! It’s incredible how much dirt it picks up... even after just vacuuming with our old vacuum.

The Dyson cord-free vacuum, fits our family perfectly. We have hardwood floors upstairs and carpet downstairs. Works great for both areas. Plus love how it stores/charges hanging up.

Does a good job of picking up. Lightweight. Easy to use. Poor battery life from day one. Super unimpressive battery life. Almost shocking how bad it is.

Love my Dyson products! Just recently added this one to the collection as I found some inconveniences with the upright I have getting into some of the hard to reach, as well as some tighter places.
