    I had a cleaning biz and bought two, along with the warranty. The battery life and spinning head don’t last long however with the warranty, no biggie at all!

    Don't be fooled by the 60 minute run time... it's roughly 15 minutes if you want any kind of suction power with a powered brush attachment. Remorseful that I didn't opt for the V11 as it's newer technology and better run times.

    It is very easy to use. The down side of it is the consumption of battery is just an hour and if you want to have a continuous hours of cleaning then better have 2 units of it :)

    Does not work as advertised. Would like a refund since my old vacuum that’s $25 off Amazon does a better job. It’s it’s not cordless but who cares about that when with this one I have to charge it all the time and get about 20 minutes of use. Do not buy. Also Best Buy has a 15 day return policy that I was not aware of since I purchased with Klarna. Extremely frustrating.

    really enjoy this product!!! only issue i have is the cartridge that holds the dirt and hair isn't sealed completely. other wise the vacuum is amazing
