The actual run time you will receive will vary based on power mode, dust level, floor type and the attachment/tool used. Dyson cord-free machines offer anywhere from 5-60 minutes of run time on a single battery charge. The vacuum does not stand upright and must be leaned against something or put on the floor. It does not have lights so seeing what might be on the floor is less than ideal. The "on" trigger must be held manually while using the vacuum as there is no trigger lock. Finger gets sore after a while. Admittedly it was a less expensive model, but it was way overpriced for what is provided.

I can confirm that this model, along with our other cord-free machines, do not lock into place so they can be stood upright.
