    I don't know if it is just Best Buy's stock that is defective, but this starting breaking within the first 6 months. Now at 15 months post purchase the vacuum doesn't charge properly...for the last 4 months it turns on w/o using the trigger, and it won't turn off unless you tap it. Sometimes it won't turn on unless you tap it. We are not hard on our belongings so I am very disappointed. I have two other full sized Dyson vacuums NOT purchased from Best Buy and they work perfectly fine- many years later. I should not have to pay for a Best Buy protection plan on items just b/c I purchase them from Best Buy when other retailers don't require the same. I am extremely disappointed. I will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy again unless they are able to provide some quality customer service on the issue. Will update if they are able to provide any assistance.

    Owned for a little over 5 months, have to contact Dyson for warranty. Seems like this is a common issue with their cordless vacuums and I'll probably be asking for a refund to take my money elsewhere.

    I am so disappointed. This is my second Dyson Stick and it is broken. The cleaner head does not turn and Best Buy will not take it back because I am over the return date. Now I have a vacuum on my charge card that doesn't work.
