I already need some replacement parts but of course they always seem to be sold out on the Dyson site. I would only get this if there was a big sale on it.

First one quit working and out of warranty. Just bought another for Christmas and 4 months later the battery is getting hot and lasting 5 min even on low setting.

As the V11 is a newer model, it does feature stronger suction power and some more advanced features not found on the V10. Battery only allows vacuuming of 2 rooms at a time

Three people have told me that the shark with external batteries so you can charge one while you are using another is the better way to go. Wish I knew that before I bought this one :-(
