Posted .Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. I am sorry to learn that you've been so unhappy with your Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal Cord-Free vacuum. Your vacuum will have three suction modes for use with cleaning around your home. Along with three different suction modes, you will also have a suction control slider at the cleaner head for use with cleaning across both hard floors and carpet. As a result, we wouldn't expect that you'd require the MAX suction setting, as that's only really intended for use with tough cleaning jobs or larger debris. It also provides the least amount of run time.
In suction setting 2, Dyson Cyclone V10 will provide up to 20 minutes of run time with a motorized cleaner head or up to 30 minutes when used in suction setting 1. Without the motorized cleaner head, Dyson Cyclone V10 will provide up to 60 minutes of run time on a full charge, making it our longest running cordless model to date. Battery life only last less than 10 minutes if I use full power. Worse, you can't even use it while plugged in to the power adapter.

Luckily we had a warranty and we were able to get it replaced free of charge. For what you pay for this vacuum, you shouldn't have these kind of problems.

think twice - poor customer service

It will be at least 4 weeks before replacement part is received and not sure if that will actually fix the issue. Dyson refused to express mail part and representatives just don't care.

Small Clean

If your house is all carpet I recommend not getting this unless you wanna take all day to clean your house waiting for this to charge. Its great for chairs and small clean up, but I use the big ball dyson more often

Garbage!!!

Started giving me trouble after two vacuums of my room and a hallway. What? How much are these things, hundreds and hundreds of dollars?! Lol. Well, don’t be fooled. Once upon a time Dyson made amazing products, but now you have to pick and choose because some of them are just garbage. Buyer beware. Not to mention, I return mine, and I want to see the other vacuums, only to learn my vacuum had been clearanced. Well of course it’s been clearanced, it’s garbage!!!
