    The new V10 Animal is so good we've given our corded Dyson Animal to our daughter. We no longer have a corded vacuum.

    So our vacuum has worked decently since purchased. It stopped working all of a sudden. I called customer service. It's essentially a do it yourself trouble shooting system. They sent me a new battery. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue so they replaced the motor which was the issue. This gets clogged easily. The one nice part is it doubles as a decent vacuum for your car. Over priced but decent nonetheless.

    I feel like I spend more time fixing the vacuum than actually vacuuming. It is always breaking on me. I definitely would not buy this vacuum again, especially for the price.
