Great vacuum

It offers 3 suction levels which is so helpful going from wood floors to carpet. They changed the way to empty the dirt on this model to a better way.

We had V8 which was great but only lasted 20 minutes. I decided to purchase this one because of the longer charge but unfortunately it still doesn’t last more ~ 20 minutes. I’m reaching out Dyson for assistance. It’s great other then charge time.

My only issue is during install I felt as if I was going to break the mount. You have to really press down to lock it in place. Other than that really cool product

I gave 3 stars because I haven't had the product very long, it is kind of hard to push on thick carpet and price of the product.

Posted .Hello Jordyn, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that in your use thus far, you've found the suction and power on the Cyclone V10 Animal to work so well. Regarding the machine being hard to push, please keep in mind that in addition to the three suction modes you have with this model, you also have the suction control slider at the front of the torque drive cleaner head, which can be adjusted, to give you more control when vacuuming on plush or thicker carpeting. We would recommend sliding the slider to the (-) setting, as that should provide you with better control on your thicker floor coverings. Tooo expensive took a chance I guess lost this one, maybe another chance later.

We have a Cat & this hand held vacuum does the trick & then some! A few people said that the battery doesn't last long, but for our 1 bedroom apt this works great!

This vacumn is more powerful and fun to use. Yes I actually enjoy vacuuming now.

I have had several mechanical issues with this item every time I clean the filter it stops working so it’s presently not working and I will have to take it to the shop again.

Went to this one just so I wouldn’t have to lug my other ball dyson up and down the stairs. Thing works great
