SO SAD!!

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my ex had the dyson outsize which i really loved so i purchased this one thinking it would be similar but the battery life doesn’t last very long and the part that connects to the vacuum stick is wobbly/wiggles back and forth and is not secure. it vacuums really good and pulls up a lot but physically it feels cheap so that paired with the battery quality was a bit disappointing and made me feel like it’s not super worth the price

Posted .Hello, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear you've found the Cyclone V10 Animal to be disappointing in your use. We wouldn't expect any of the connection points to feel use or wobbly. Dyson cord-free machines are made from polycarbonate ABS - the same material used in riot shields and crash helmets. They are tough, so we subject them to hours of testing, including drop and impact tests.
