We never went after warranty because we fought that it has only 1 year warranty. This particular model is designed for cleaning after animals hair. Good luck with that... It clogs every 2 minutes... It is handy when you wanna vacuum some dust or something but not really for bigger cleaning. Cleans carpets fairly ok. But totally not worth spending that much money. Dyson customer service was very poor. Buy yourself regular vacuum and get job done. Dyson it is more like toy or statement.
