I’ve cleaned the filter, cleaned it, and changed the battery and still doesn’t stay on when vaccuming.

I cleaned it with water following the directions closely and let it dry for 48 hours. Replaced the filter on the unit and the filter light stays on, I.e the vacuum doesn’t work. Tried blowing it out with compressed air. No dirt came out. Vacuum still doesn’t work. I ordered a new filter from Dyson for $40. If it doesn’t work, I’m gonna return it to Best Buy. Very disappointing. Lots of comments on You Tube saying it’s a piece of junk. Hope they’re wrong, but so far I have to agree.Dyson

As the V11 is a newer model, it does feature stronger suction power and some more advanced features not found on the V10. I already need some replacement parts but of course they always seem to be sold out on the Dyson site. I would only get this if there was a big sale on it.
