This product really sucks! Pulled dirt up that our older Dyson never could get

love it, would buy again. picks up dirt & dust that i didnt even know i had.

Love Dyson products overall however over year the suction will die out no matter how clean or maintained if used frequently. But you not find a better vacuum with the suction capability. Took my old vacuum back because I had the protection plan. The only question asked was why and after I explained they said go to the floor and find your replacement. They did not have the Cyclone V10 in stock in store or online so I waited with my credit until it was. I had another cordless shark vacuum already and was using that. There is no comparison finally had the Dyson in stock got it and charged it. I just vacuum using the Shark earlier that day. When I used the Dyson you could literally see the difference in the amount of dust and debris that was picked up. I also like the ability to mount on the wall and have continuous charge and all the accessories that came with it. Forever a Dyson fan until four or five years from now when the suction goes and I have to replace again. lol. And i did purchase the protection

This Dyson is perfect for a home with multiple floor types. We have two dogs, two cats, carpet and hardwood flooring. The included attachments are top quality, and the wall mount for the charger is a brilliant idea. We hung ours in the garage. Registering with Dyson via the Dyson app is a breeze, and allows for a quick warranty support and replacement filter ordering in a snap.

My house looks like I don’t have two cats! It does my whole bungalow 3 floor house with just one charge. Does my hardwood floors and rugs with a breeze. Only con, holding down the trigger on button the whole time starts to get painful. I won’t suggest this if u have arthritis in your hands

This Dyson replaced one my wife had for years. It worked wonderfully and this one looks to be a great improvement. Expensive but worth it! The only negative is it's heavier than the old one, but since it's more powerful I guess that's to be expected.
