Love our Dyson! This is our second Dyson Animal. I love the new feature of emptying the canister. Easy to use and empty. It has great suction power. Checks all the boxes for our family.

It's a great vacuum for sure but not quite 5 stars for me. It is not as lightweight as I thought it would be, it felt a little heavier than pushing my old corded Dyson around, especially on thick carpet, and my back ached just as bad when I got done as it did with the old. Also made my hand hurt - I hope Dyson will work on a more comfortable and ergonomic handle and trigger. I was not able to get one hour out of a fully charged battery, but I didn't read the fine print and had it in the highest mode the whole time (42 minutes), but still got most of my house done. Yes, you do have to empty the bin more often since it's smaller, but it's no more of a problem than having to stop and re-plug a corded vacuum often. It's very powerful for being battery operated, reaches everywhere and much less cumbersome, especially on stairs, so for me the pros outweigh the cons and I'm glad I made this purchase.

I replaced my older Dyson model V6 with the V10. This is an amazing vacuum. Lightweight and so easy to use. It has unbelievable power and easily cleans carpet or wood/tile floors. I never thought I could be so excited about a vacuum cleaner!

We love this vacuum. The only downside is the short life of the battery. Documentation says it will run for an hour before needing to be recharged. This is true for the very lowest speed/suction. In our favorite mode; "BOOST", it only lasts about 20 minutes (continuous).

Love my new vacuum cleaner! It’s very light to carry, easy to use, has many multifunctional interchangeable features to clean different surfaces and reaching hardly approachable angles.

Second one we have of this model. As this fisrt came out, it died after using it a few times and i repaired an old V7 instead. That one finally died and we needed a new one. Hopefully, this will just work really good for a long time.

Black Friday buy. Never thought I would buy a Dyson due to cost. Never thought I would consider a stick vacuum due an assumed low capacity of battery life. Well I did buy this and it is awesome. Great for daily “broom” use after meals with messy kids. Can vacuum are while 3000sgft foot house on one charge. Only complaints would be the canister needs to be dumped a couple times (4 times) when doing the whole house. Second, would be on non-carpeted floors the suction really only comes from the front. That means you have to push the floor attachment into the dirt (it is very flat and has holes in the front to help suck in crumbs). The pullback will just pull crumbs and stuff back without them getting sucked up - not an issue on carpet.

I purchased this almost 3 years ago and it still picks up like it did when i first purchased. My husband has on occasion vacuumed up wet food (i do not recommend this) and with proper cleaning, it still works great.

Best vacuum I have bought period! The suction for a cordless vac is crazy powerful. So convenient not having a cord and emptying the dirt is really easy. Don’t hesitate to buy this vac.

My wife wanted this as a Christmas present, I got it on sale. The vacuum is easy to put together, is very light, and easy to use as well. Learning how to empty it takes getting used to, and I haven't found a good spot to permanently mount the charger. My only complaint would be how expensive it was, even on sale (around $300).

Great for quick and easy pick up. We have two dogs that shed and a quick 2-5 minute run through of the house takes care of it. Attachments are very useful for right and small places, carpeted stairs, and furniture.

We have now had this for a month and can say that our floors have never been cleaner. The vacuum is very powerful but more importantly is so much easier to use compared to a corded vacuum. Well worth the price!

A very good vacuum, but not a great vacuum. Very convenient and easy to maneuver; however, the suction is only sufficient at the highest level which rapidly drains the charged battery. Still, I must like it enough as this is the second one I’ve purchased. Perhaps it is the best cordless vacuum at this time?

This was a replacement for an older Dyson stick vacuum. It is nice and has plenty of power and suction. The first one lasted a very long time and I hope this one will last as long. The price was right also from Best Buy!

Love this vacuum, especially because it is so lightweight and it works great on both hardwood and carpet. The only downside is the amount of time it stays charged. If I use the boost feature, the vacuum dies so quickly and I have to go back and charge it again before I am able to finish up the vacuuming.

i was tempted to spend this much on a cordless vacuum, but after committing to it i am very glad i did. This thing is outstanding. Lot of power, very lightweight and very compact. The only shortfall i have found is the battery is not as long lasting as i would like. All in all this is a great product and i highly recommend it.

Love this vacuum. Great suction and easy to handle. So far I've had no issues with this. Battery lasts as they stated. My only comment would be to properly pick the right size battery/unit for your house size and needs.

Love this product so much. Super easy to use. Lighter than most of the vacuums out there. I would recommend Dyson vacuums in general even with the higher price tag. They are so worth it.

Makes you want to vacuum for fun. I had the older copy of this for about 8 years. Never a problem with it. It did however, . Only have a 15 minute battery. That is resolved with the v10. Quieter, more powerful, and forever battery. Love it.
