The Dyson organization should be ashamed at how it handles its warranty customers.  We currently own 4 Dyson products - we will not be purchasing again after this fiasco.  This all stems from a faulty battery •Date of purchase - 03/20/2023 - Cyclone V10 Animal - Battery failed around August. •First contact from Dyson - 09/07/2023 - Automated response - battery out of stock •2nd contact from Dyson - 09/07/2023 - Asking for purchase and warranty info •Received email 10/11/2023 - was told that battery replacement was cancelled and that Dyson would update •I call 10/25/23 - Spent 27 minutes on phone, was told that battery was 5-7 days out •Contact from Dyson - 10/30/2023 - Automated response - battery is out of stock, was guaranteed that it would arrive in 5-7 days •2 calls 11/06/2023 - 53 minutes total - was disconnected - no resolution •I call and receive a callback - 15 minutes - was told to mail broken v10 via UPS, was emailed an order number with (no tracking ID) •Drove to USP to drop off and was told I needed a tracking number not an order number. I had to call again to get tracking ID •11/09/2023 - Dyson V10 sent to UPS - delivered to Dyson 11/13/2023 - no alert from Dyson, no clue what’s happening •I call 11/21/23 - Spend 46 minutes on phone, was told an email would be sent confirming shipment of replacement vacuum within 48 hours, no confirmation is sent •We call again 11/28/2023 - Was given a bunch of language about Dyson has a period to time to ship the replacement vacuum. Which was two days from being over. • 12/1/23 - automated email from Dyson saying our shipping date has changed and vac should be shipping in the next 7-10 days So here we are, warranty process started the beginning of September, we currently don’t even have the broken vacuum, and haven’t been given a solid date as to when we will have the replacement.  Was also told that Dyson couldn’t give us the tracking number for the replacement.  Again, we have been long term customers, with 4 products in our home (the 5th was faulty). Anybody with an MBA knows that you don’t want to lose long-term customers.  All it takes is one bad experience.  This could have been rectified from the start if your warranty processes were in order.  The money has been spent, we don’t even have the broken unit, and there is no indication as to when this will be corrected. We’re 4 months in with multiple phone calls and emails. Most of the customer service reps are clueless and refuse to give you any information. You have to provide them all the information and they “verify it”. They wouldn’t even confirm they received my old machine until I provided the tracking information. If you need to use the warranty KEEP YOUR DOCUMENTATION, You will need it.

I've only owned this for a few weeks, but I'm thrilled with it. It was easy to put together, but be warned: the paper instructions were useless for me. Diagrams in general confound me; but there are good, short videos for how to do everything. This magic machine keeps our kitchen floors free of dust, dirt, little pieces of onion skin and other dry litter, and it's hard to convey how simple it is to use. It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Worked well for one year and then quit working entirely. Good for light duty cleaning. Gets up pet hair off of hardwood effectively. Right at one year of use it quit working. Not worth the high price tag.

Really helps with cat fur! For how much my cats shed, this has really helped lower the amount of fur that you see.

This has been a saver for our family. Very easy to use and excellent battery life. Excellent suction capacity.

Best Dyson yet, easy to empty, picks up hair many times better than our old Dyson. Best Buy made our purchase easy.

Great vacuum to replace swiffer and stand up vacuum. Does everything from wood to carpet in one pass. Can clean my whole home in one charge.

Hands down the lightest vacuum I’ve ever owned. The device has a max button which I use on my throw rugs and the amount of pet hair it took out was astonishing, because I didn’t even see it. Overall great purchase, battery life is shorter I thought it would be but still able to finish my areas, my concern is when that battery starts to age it’s going to be a struggle.

This is the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. I love all the different attachments.

These are excellent vacuum cleaners. It's pretty amazing how well they work and the battery life is plenty.

Very useful for anybody! Powerful and simple! Kids enjoy cleaning with this product.

At first we loved the Dyson V10 animal. It had great suction and was light to use. But after about a month, it began signalling it was clogged. We routinely cleaned the filters and we learned how to unclog all nooks and crannies - even small bits would clog it. After about only 10 weeks of quite light usage, we could not clear the code, and called Dyson for help. They had some suggestions, but ended up advising us to return it to them. They sent us a used replacement one quite promptly, but it too has the same problem, though we’ve been able to clear its clogs. It is now 14 weeks since purchase and they notified us they are sending us a new replacement one. We are crossing our fingers that they’ve made a design improvement. I wanted so much to love this product but I now regret purchasing it. Dyson’s customer service has been very good though.

What more can i say its a dyson. Light weight and great sucking power.
