First one lasted just over 3 years. Their customer service is poor and the item should last longer. But I still love the Vacuum and bought another one.

However it’s attachments don’t work with the other and vice versa. And maybe my imagination but it doesn’t seem as strong when used for surfaces other than the floor. I vacuumed my bed room rug with the old one and then with the new one and was amazed at how much hidden dirt it picked up from that rug!

The first was the V6 and it worked good for about 3 years. I got the V10 hoping for improved battery life and to be honest was very disappointed. At first it only had about 8 min run time on the lowest setting. No where near what Dyson claims it should be. I did call and Dyson and they sent out a replacement battery which was a major improvement but still not as long as what they claim it should be. I do love the way it cleans our floors. Just needs a better battery set up.
