I have a five year old Dyson V6 Cordless Stick Vacuum. The new V10 is superior in every way. The battery lasts 60 minutes instead of 20. It has twice the waste storage capacity. It is much quieter. The vacuum power is much greater. The large powered attachment works perfectly on vinyl plank or hardwood or on rugs and carpet. This is a great vacuum.

I love this vacuum! It replaces my old one which cleaned well but had several attachments and was very unwieldy. With this new lightweight one, I can maneuver it almost anywhere, and it picks up the hair from all my cats, as well as ‘normal’ household dirt. And it’s easy to clean, itself. I don’t hate to vacuum anymore.

I wish i bought this sooner! I honestly didn’t understand the hype until i got one. I got tired of hauling my vacuum up and down the stairs and/or plugging and unplugging. This vacuum is so light and powerful. I’m able to vacuum the fur from my GSD/husky mix much better with this vacuum and getting much more done throughout the day!

I felt obligated to write a review on my Dyson after giving a scathing review of a Shark cordless vacuum I ultimately returned. For starters, I was very weary of buying a Dyson. Not only is the price point much higher than any other cordless vacuum, Consumer Reports will not recommend Dyson due to a history of longevity issues. However, every independent test rates Dyson the best in cleaning power, so I thought I'd roll the dice and give it a try. Let me say... this thing is freaking awesome! So light and easy to use! As expected, it did a perfect job on my hardwood floors. What has truly blown me away is how it performs on my carpets and large rugs. I turn it up to its Max setting, and you can feel it pulling on the carpet. It was shocking how much the Dyson sucked up (and how much my old cord vacuum left behind)! The first time I used it, I must have emptied the canister 10 times! So glad I paid the extra money for the Cyclone V10, which has a canister 40% larger than its previous models. Granted, I have a German "Shedder", so it was necessary for me. The charging station and additional tools really make the Dyson worth the hefty price tag. I'm just praying that I can get a few years out of this bad boy!

Wife said the old vacuum was dying, go and get a cordless one. did the research, showed her this model, go get it. Upon return, the assembled and charged the unit. Here is what we like about the unit: ultimate suction; CORDLESS!; ease of handling; and handles carpet, tile and wood floors. After a month, her response is, "I Love It!"

This vacuum was great! The suction power was impressive, it was easy to clean, and it’s very versatile. I gave it 4 stars only because I was reassembling after cleaning and the brush stopped spinning. I had it less than a year. With my protection I was able to get my money back so it wasn’t much of a loss for me.

We have a dog who sheds a lot, twice a year, for over a month. This vacuum makes life much easier. Lightweight, cordless, and the suction is strong. It vacuums well on both floor and carpet. It was my best purchase of 2021 Black Friday. Totally worth the money

This is the best Dyson we have ever purchased. They just seem to get better and better. Super quiet, easy to use and empty and powerful all in one nice stick vacuum. Battery life is great and I enjoy that is quieter than the V6 since it is typically ran while I am trying to still sleep!!

The vacuum is lightweight and easy to move around from room to room. The suction is strong and a full charge lasts long enough for rooms in a two story home. I'm impressed that the unit is easily half as loud as other stick vacuums and the Dyson exhausts cool air rather than warm to hot air.

I recently upgraded my vacuum to this Dyson, and I absolutely love it! It was 3 levels of suction, and it gets the job done fast. It's also pretty light to lift. At first, it will need a good charge, but once you set up your charging station, it charges relatively fast. LOVE IT.

I vacuum often and was just sick and tired of getting the big clunker out the closet and using it to vacuum the stairs, so I decided to try this. One really awesome thing is that the primary attachment works on carpet and hardwood. So no need to swap attachments or flip a setting on the vacuum between surfaces. And it works great on hardwood without scuffing up the floor. The suction is pretty good, but I figured it’s unreasonable to expect it to be as good as an upright plugin vacuum. But it still picks up pretty much everything just fine. It does seem to take a ridiculous amount of time to charge. But the battery does last longer than I expected. I still can’t do all 2,400 square feet of the house with one charge. But usually can get it with 2 charges. That brings me to the reason I had to knock a star off. I don’t care if Dyson decided to charge $250 for a spare battery, I would say it’s worth it. It would make this a great option. But the battery is completely fixed and can’t be removed. So you can’t have a spare. This is especially annoying when you do want to get the whole house vacuumed in one go. But you have to stop and wait a good couple hours half way through. I’m even considering trying the Shark corded stick vacuum because of this.

This is the first Dyson product I have purchased. Usually I shy away from their products due to the cost point. However, I have spinal degeneration and have pet allergies. My wife and I work with a feline rescue and foster cats in our home. I needed a vacuum that was lightweight enough for me to lift without aggravating my back, powerful enough to pick up cat litter, pet fur and dander, clumps of dust, and bits of broken items. This vacuum delivers all of that. With the vacuum set to the boost setting, the battery life doesn't last for more than room or two's worth of picking up, but it charges fairly quickly. The vacuum comes with a wall mount for charging - It isn't necessary to use, but with the device being as top-heavy as it is, it is more secure than just propping the vacuum up somewhere. Since the wall mount requires installation, I have only given the easy of use 4 stars. Otherwise it is the easiest vacuum I have ever used. I have only given 4 stars for value, because Dyson items are so pricy compared to their closest competitors.

It is a very efficient vacuum cleaner that does an awesome job. I love the many features from stick vacuum to handheld with several attachments. The video instructions are super helpful from how to put everything together to how to do maintenance as well as each attachment use.

I got this to replace a cheap cordless vacuum I purchased off of Amazon and it is far and away worth the money. I would wait for it to be on sale. Dyson's customer support is top notch as well. Not that I've needed it for this vacuum, but they do take care of you if you have a problem.

So powerful, handy, perfect! We LOVE this little powerhouse! It's light, works so well on the floors, and my favorite - lots of controllable suction for the nooks and crannies, drawers, small spaces in the car, etc. A must have in my book! Also, absolutely love Dyson customer service - they never let us down!

This vacuum rocks, its expensive compared to others but if you really want a vacuum to really work for you then buy this one. It really is one vacuum that you can use for the whole house, if you have a bigger home perhaps it might not be as it wont last long enough but it works for me.

There is nothing like a Dyson - light yet powerful. Best stick vacuum I've owned and still going strong. It gets used a lot in our house. The boost setting in nice but the charge goes quickly, so I can only do one room at a time.

Great little vacuum! It is relatively lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time (if you don't use it in "boost" mode). Regular mode is pretty quiet, and is definitely powerful enough for everyday tasks.

Switched over from a LG CORDZERO to thus Dyson and it sure felt like an uograde. The battery does last long with the adjustable modes it has. The attatchments are all useful and find use gor each of them. I recommend getting one when they go on sale to get a deal!
