Makes vacuuming easy! This thing gets everywhere. My wife also loves it because it’s lightweight. Picks up way more debris than our previous vacuum. Now we are Dyson loyal

Light and powerful! Cleans well and very lightweight. I am now able to reach small crevices my larger vacuum needed and attachment to access. Definitely recommend buying this vacuum.

I bought the Dyson V10 Animal cordless vacuum specifically because it was marketed as ideal for pet owners—and because the cordless design sounded convenient. But after months of use, I can honestly say it’s been more frustrating than helpful. The suction power is underwhelming, especially considering the price and the fact that it's supposed to handle pet hair. It just doesn't pull up debris as well as you'd expect from a premium vacuum—even on hard floors or light rugs. Worse, the dust bin is a pain to empty without creating a mess. Cleaning the vacuum becomes its own chore, which defeats the point. Battery life? Forget it. Even after a full charge, the vacuum doesn’t last long enough to clean more than a room or two—especially on the higher settings where you actually get decent suction. And then it takes forever to recharge. After all that, I find myself going back to my old, cheaper, corded vacuum. Sure, I have to fight with the cord, but at least it actually cleans. After reading other reviews, I can see I’m not alone: Many people report disappointing battery life Others complain about the messy dustbin and weak suction And quite a few agree that for pet hair, it’s not as effective as promised Yes, it looks sleek and the idea of cordless is nice—but if you actually need it to do the job, especially with pets, this vacuum falls flat. For the price, I expected a lot more. Definitely not worth it in my opinion.

Its a great vacuum with a lot of power. It has a lot of attachments. Only thing is the battery dies quickly and you have to hold the trigger to keep it on. Other wise, i love it.

Great battery life, and suction I have the Dyson 7 before still working but not enough for the size of my house.

I have been shocked at the amazing suction this cordless vacuum has. Was a bit skeptical, at first, and the price was significant, even on sale. However, it is worth every penny!

This has been a very improved upgrade from our V8 and we thought that was good. More power, longer running time and larger collection basket. A very good deal from Best Buy and Dyson.

I’m impressed with the quality and power of that small thing! The included brush is awesome for carpets, but if you have lots of hard floors in your home you would like to add so called fluffy head to your kit as it just works better for hard floors. I feel that battery power is enough for vacuuming all the floors and 2 carpets in 1000 sqft appt. Then you would need to charge around 3 hours to use again. In general it is quite good for handheld but if you need more power I’d suggest getting newer versions.

only expect the best from dyson. cord free,light weight but powerhouse in cleaning. many ways to use it. charging overnight is good for longer use. its worth the money !

This is to date my go-to-choise for a cordless vacuum. It works perfectly, cleans my floors completely and it's fast and takes care of my day-to-day cleaning.

Great vacuum cleaner. Excellent cleaning power. I owned prior model from around 2011. Big improvements especially the extended time before battery runs out.

Let me start by saying I never thought a battery operated vacuum could be a replacement for our plug in Shark vacuum. Well, I was completely wrong! Dyson has created an amazing product. We use the vacuum multiple times a day as we have ceramic plank tiles that show everything. It does a great job and I can honestly say this vacuum makes us want to vacuum more often because of its ease of use and always ready. The battery life is acceptable. We have a 2400 sq ft house and it likely cannot do the entire house on one charge. But with that said, do not let this discourage you from considering purchasing this product because it is a life changer!

I actually wanted the v12 newer version, but this one was on sale so I ended up getting it. The cleaning power between the 2 are pretty close so if you want to save some cash don't care about the trigger that you have to keep pressed to make it run, the extra attachment with the green light, the auto ramp suction, the little led with info on it then this one does work great. one advantage of this one is the larger cannister. Seem like wee have to empty all the time and this one has 2x the cannister size. I would def buy again, although I might have just waited to see if the v12 went on sale again for the etra's.

The Dyson stick vac is so convenient for doing quick clean up. It picks up so much dust and dirt. I have 2 now, one for upstairs and one for downstairs.

Good so far. Runs well. Charges fast. Easy to clean. Easy to assemble. Cleans really well. Cannot comment on the life of the battery yet. At first glance, not sure if and how rechargeable can be replaced and how expensive that may be.

This is the best vacuum I have ever had by far. After the first time I used it, I knew I'd made a good decision buying it. It works well on both carpets and hardwood floors. It's lightweight and so easy to handle. It's very easy to maneuver into tight spaces and get underneath the sofa. The canister is very easy to empty. The furniture attachment gets up SO much dog hair and dirt off of my couch. The battery does tend to die after doing about half of the house, but I don't even mind because of the great job it does. I would definitely recommend this vacuum for pet owners, or just anyone who's interested in buying a cordless stick vacuum. Wonderful product!

Love my Dyson cordless vacuum. It’s so easy to use and no cord. Has plenty of suction and easy to clean. Would recommend it to anyone.
