Great vacuum! So easy to use and love the fact that there is no cord to drag around. Picks up just like a corded vac.

We’ve had a pup for almost 2 years and after having to sweep daily we felt that was too long to do. We looked for different options and looked into this Dyson which worked marvelous. The way that it help pick up hairs from the sofa, our bed, our mats it just went through spots we would have never thought to clean and found how much dirt was trapped. I would definitely recommend for people with allergies this will help ease on them. Definitely worth the price.

easy to handle cleaning on carpet...they stuck..stop vacuuming .. maybe need to adjust for structural vacuum head..

I saw a display set up at local store and tried the different models they had. This model was by far the most powerful of the lot. I ended up getting the middle package,(purple) because I didn’t think I would need the one additional attachment you get with the copper colored model. The lower model(red) had a little less power. It was also easy to open up and empty, very lightweight, especially compared to my old canister. I needed something to replace my 25+ year old canister vacuum. looking to not have to buy another for another 25 :)

Our old original Dyson had a few broken parts, and it was BIG. I gave this a try, mostly as a space saver. Cordless looked convenient too. The Cyclone is super light and easy to use. We hung the charger in a closet- a great space saver. Most impressive, though, is the cleaning power. It gets dust out of the carpet that the old vacuum didn’t. We had to empty it so quickly and often... It’s hard to imagine the original Dyson cleaning as well when it was brand new.

I am extremely glad I purchased this vacuum, I'm actually still excited every time I have to use it! This battery life depends on which of the 3 power settings you use. I generally run it on low and medium which gives me about 40 minutes of cleaning time. On high--which I rarely need to use except to get kitty litter out of the litter mat--it lasts for about 15 minutes. The only issue I had at first was the weight of the upper part of the unit. You have to press the power button the entire time you run the vacuum (which feels natural once you get used to it). At first I thought the handle (which includes the dust bin) was a bit heavy. But I got used to it really quickly and it's no longer a problem. I have a 1500 square foot house. It is mostly hardwood with one room that is carpeted. The dust bin will usually hold enough dirt for me to vacuum the whole house once before emptying (unless I'm delinquent on my housework -- then I may need to empty once during the cleaning). The vacuum comes with a mounting station that you can attach to the wall. I haven't done this yet but the instructions look clear and simple. Overall this machine is great! I am thrilled with the purchase. Vacuuming doesn't feel like such a chore when I don't have to deal with that pesky cord!

Pretty good charge and descent suction… the price for quality of the product makes you feel line you got a deal and with Bestbuy customer service and total tech protection, it makes ownership worry free.

Got a great deal on this vacuum & see them on sale at Best Buy often. If you happen to catch one of their sales - definitely go for it!! Aside from my long hair getting everywhere I also have a german shepherd who sheds like crazy so this has definately been a life saver considering! Very powerful & love easy it is to remove both the brush & bin for cleaning which unfortunately you do have to clean/maintain quite often. Filter is reusable/washable too which is also nice! Portability comes in handy as well to vacuum the car! Great product

I had been looking for a lightweight vacuum for awhile but was hoping to find one that was still corded. I was worried about the run time. I’ve used this numerous times and it has never run out of power on me. It is so light and easy to use that when I first got it I thought there had to be something wrong with it, because it didn’t feel like it was picking anything up, so I used the highest setting more than I probably needed to! I do wish it was able to stand on its own, even for storage. I would also like to add that Dyson customer service is excellent. When I went to use it for the first time, the battery pack wasn’t holding a charge. They were quick to get a replacement out to me and make the process painless.

We love our Dyson products. Easy to use, easy to charge. Lots of suction! We’re always in awe on how my can dust it cleaned up.

These are expensive vacuums. I would not normally pay this much for a vacuum, but I caught it on sale. This vacuum has great suction and battery life. My only complaint is that on hardwood, which my entire house is, the main head attachment is loud as it runs over the floor and creates vibration, which causes your hands to go numb after long use. I noticed there is an option for another head attachment that is more like a dusting (soft) head, but it is $100 - WOW - that's an expensive attachment!

I've owned many Dyson vacuums before. The V10 engine is definetly a refined machine. It runs really smooth and powerful. The three suction levels are nice. When set on the highest level, it is really strong, I usually keep it on medium and that works well. I'm using it in a three bedroom condo with two kids and it is more than adequate. Also, emptying the vacuum is really easy and effective, you just open the end and slide out the dirt. With Dyson, you pay more but get what you pay for.

Works as advertised. Using it for the past year on wood and carpet both. Easy to clean and very low maintenance.
