I love ALMOST everything about this vacuum. It's easy to set up and use and empty. The suction and run time is perfect for my 2 dog and heavy traffic household. The one complaint is the power trigger. I wish it had a switch instead, as the vacuum rubs against my thumb because of holding the trigger. I got this to replace an older corded dyson model, and we run a Shark robot vacuum daily, but regularly need clean ups in between. This is perfect as long as the job doesn't take more than 10 minutes at a stretch.

Very surprising just how much dirt it got on what we thought was a clean carpet. Highly recommend this vacuum .

I purchased this on Black Friday and used it that afternoon after charging. It works exceptionally well on low pile carpet, hardwood floors and tile floors. I do not have heavy carpeting but imagine it works equally well. The attachments allow you to clean in many areas as well. The vacuum is light, flexible and can get into many areas such as under furniture. I am very happy with this purchase.

Love this beast of a vacuum! It picks up everything! The first one I picked up had a short as soon as I plugged it in. One call to Dyson support (very helpful) allowed me find out that it was a malfunction that could not be repaired. Returned to store same day to pick up another and it worked amazing right out of the box. If you are lazy like me at times and don’t want to pick up larger items (dryer sheet) it may get stuck in the pipe. The device will tell you by flashing a symbol. Look and yup there it is. Overall the product is worth the money, and yes I waited till it was on a great sale price which BestBuy tends to do often.

This vacuum is excellent. We had the V8 model before and this is a noticeable difference; in a good way. There is the more expensive version of the V10, but in my opinion, this is the better deal. This is also compatible with the older attachments that come with the older models, except the V6 and earlier. Although there is an adapter you can buy to use even those older versions.

Finally a vacuum I do not mind using. It is easy to use and does a great job. Living on a dirt road is a challenge and this vacuum is up to the challenge. I clean up messes right away because it is easy to use and easily available. No more dragging a heavy machine out of the closet, putting it together, plugging it in or tripping over the cord. It stays in the charger and is always ready to go. It get into small places and under things easily.
