I had the V8 before and this was definitely a step up. It’s way more powerful and lasts longer and has a bigger tank. I have 2 dogs and can get 4 rooms and the stairs and it still has life left. Only thing I don’t like over my last one is you have to disconnect the attachment to empty it but that’s not the biggest deal. The suction is far better and the battery life too

Getting this vacuum was a dream. When they dropped the price on Black Friday, it became my wife’s reality! We’ve had this vacuum for quite some time, and it has absolutely done the best. Something about the wireless capability, easy charging and the no-brainer trash emptying system makes this a 10/10. This thing is fool proof!

I vacuumed at least three times a week and after using this vacuum I realized how much was left from my other vacuum. Literally after using this vacuum I realize that the particles were always left and there was so much dust buildup that I had no idea that my other vacuum (bissell) Was not picking up. It is so light weight I can use it anywhere

Had this unit for about 90 days, Used maybe a dozen times or so. The canister now slides completely off? Called Dyson and was told I probably got a lemon, upon further discussion with a rep (A supervisor), I found out there is an issue with a plastic lip that easily breaks when emptying the canister, she was looking at one with the same issue. I asked her if she could look at the V-11, she did and stated that the tab is thicker. So I guess I have to pay more $ to get the V-11 without the flaw?? They are sending out another body with the same lip. This seems to be a design flaw! I wish I never purchased this thing. 20 year Dyson customer. This will be my last Dyson.

Dyson vacuum works great. Quality is on point and is easy to use.

Easy to use. No cords to drag around. Great for small areas. The caniser has to be emptied frequently in large areas.

This vacuum has amazed me. We went in the store to buy a large vacuum like we had and the salesman showed us this after we could not find one that was easy to use and empty out. Totally simple to and it can really pick up dirt. It’s light can get in under the beds easily. Love all the attachments but I did by the others separately especially the Democrats g grooming attachment and hose.

powerful vacuum cleaner, easy to use and lightweight! Picks up dirt and grime very well!

Cordless and lightweight. My 9 year old now does all the vacuuming in the house. Only two things I would change about this product is the charge life of the battery and the collection bin could be bigger. For the price, these two features should be included and these two features could be a contributing factor to steer a customer towards another product. Other than that, I love the product.
