I bought this vacuum after my old V7 Dyson had stopped working and wow. I wish I had gone with the V10 from the beginning. This thing picks up so much dog hair and dust that my old Dyson had missed! It's easy to use and holds a decent bit in the container. You do have to take off the attachment to dump the canister, which can be a pain if you're vacuuming a big mess, but other than that, this is great. The battery always lasts the entire time I'm vacuuming, and then some.

This is an amazing win situation. I love the fact that it doesn't take so much space and cleans well and efficient.

The suction power it’s amazing but the battery does not last long if I put the vacuum on boost the life of the battery last 20 minutes!! For the price I really don’t think it’s worth it!

The Dyson organization should be ashamed at how it handles its warranty customers.  We currently own 4 Dyson products - we will not be purchasing again after this fiasco.  This all stems from a faulty battery •Date of purchase - 03/20/2023 - Cyclone V10 Animal - Battery failed around August. •First contact from Dyson - 09/07/2023 - Automated response - battery out of stock •2nd contact from Dyson - 09/07/2023 - Asking for purchase and warranty info •Received email 10/11/2023 - was told that battery replacement was cancelled and that Dyson would update •I call 10/25/23 - Spent 27 minutes on phone, was told that battery was 5-7 days out •Contact from Dyson - 10/30/2023 - Automated response - battery is out of stock, was guaranteed that it would arrive in 5-7 days •2 calls 11/06/2023 - 53 minutes total - was disconnected - no resolution •I call and receive a callback - 15 minutes - was told to mail broken v10 via UPS, was emailed an order number with (no tracking ID) •Drove to USP to drop off and was told I needed a tracking number not an order number. I had to call again to get tracking ID •11/09/2023 - Dyson V10 sent to UPS - delivered to Dyson 11/13/2023 - no alert from Dyson, no clue what’s happening •I call 11/21/23 - Spend 46 minutes on phone, was told an email would be sent confirming shipment of replacement vacuum within 48 hours, no confirmation is sent •We call again 11/28/2023 - Was given a bunch of language about Dyson has a period to time to ship the replacement vacuum. Which was two days from being over. • 12/1/23 - automated email from Dyson saying our shipping date has changed and vac should be shipping in the next 7-10 days So here we are, warranty process started the beginning of September, we currently don’t even have the broken vacuum, and haven’t been given a solid date as to when we will have the replacement.  Was also told that Dyson couldn’t give us the tracking number for the replacement.  Again, we have been long term customers, with 4 products in our home (the 5th was faulty). Anybody with an MBA knows that you don’t want to lose long-term customers.  All it takes is one bad experience.  This could have been rectified from the start if your warranty processes were in order.  The money has been spent, we don’t even have the broken unit, and there is no indication as to when this will be corrected. We’re 4 months in with multiple phone calls and emails. Most of the customer service reps are clueless and refuse to give you any information. You have to provide them all the information and they “verify it”. They wouldn’t even confirm they received my old machine until I provided the tracking information. If you need to use the warranty KEEP YOUR DOCUMENTATION, You will need it.

The vacuum works we'll and there are many different attachments. The charging is simple and the unit is light.

Works perfectly and accessories are amazing. Only problem is that the battery doesn’t last as long with the boost.

Bought this after trying a Samsung stick vacuum. The battery on the Dyson lasts considerably longer and has better suction options. Overall pleased with the purchase.

I love this cordless vacuum cleaner. It's easy to use. It's easy to empty and it's very maneuverable. It recharges completely in less than 4 hours.

This is a great product, but please note if you plan on using the “boost mode”, you’re only going get 10 to 20 minutes of use. Apparently this is well known flaw of wireless vacuum cleaners, but I was shocked and thought it was broken at first. Now that I know, all is great and I love it. “Boost” is just one of 3 powers and only needed for the heaviest jobs.

I was a Miele canister fan but decided I really needed something handier to take around the house. An old version of a cordless vacuum we had was lame and couldn't hold a charge. But this Dyson stick vacuum has been life changing. No cord and tons of power, I use this vacuum way more often and feel better about the house day to day. The visible proof easily empties into the garbage...something satisfying about that, too.

Really helps with cat fur! For how much my cats shed, this has really helped lower the amount of fur that you see.
