I was skeptical about the cordless, but I love it. It’s so easy to clean up crumbs on the kitchen floor after dinner or dog hair in a spot the dog was just laying. The vacuum is really powerful and I’m glad I wasn’t deterred by some negative reviews I’ve read about this vacuum, like about the battery life or canister being hard to empty. The medium setting is perfect for normal vacuuming and I only ever need high for animal hair that’s really dug into the carpet or furniture. The canister says not to fill it more than half way before emptying, so if you don’t listen and you fill it way more than you should, then yes, you’ll have to jam your fingers up there to clean it vs the dirt ejector working properly. Common sense.

Great price. Great performance. Makes vacuuming extremely easy, especially stairs with the easy conversion to a handheld.

The Dyson V10 Animal stick vacuum is great! We researched our purchase extensively before settling on the Dyson. It is indeed pricey, but the quality and performance that you get is worth the extra bucks. We have seven cats and lots of fur and the V10 powers through it like it was nothing. We especially like the method for emptying the dirt cup as it is quick and thoroughly cleans the vacuum. Although we've only had it for a little under a month, we use it daily and have absolutely no complaints.

I've only owned this for a few weeks, but I'm thrilled with it. It was easy to put together, but be warned: the paper instructions were useless for me. Diagrams in general confound me; but there are good, short videos for how to do everything. This magic machine keeps our kitchen floors free of dust, dirt, little pieces of onion skin and other dry litter, and it's hard to convey how simple it is to use. It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was worth every penny.

Hands down the lightest vacuum I’ve ever owned. The device has a max button which I use on my throw rugs and the amount of pet hair it took out was astonishing, because I didn’t even see it. Overall great purchase, battery life is shorter I thought it would be but still able to finish my areas, my concern is when that battery starts to age it’s going to be a struggle.
