Love the ease of use and the suction. It is a great vacuum!

I have pets, and so have a lot of fur and dirt around. I tried using this vacuum directly on the hard floor to pick up dirt, grass, and fur, but it gets clogged easily (you hear this pulsating vacuum sound), requiring a long pole (broom handle) to unclog the main tube. Also, while it does an excellent job of extracting fur from the carpet, the fur quickly clogs up the filter in the trap canister, requiring frequent emptying. Still, I am very impressed with the unit, and am glad I bought it. My old vacuum was terrible at lifting fur from the rugs, and this one does a great job.

Was not sure what to expect. Just had hardwood floors installed on main floor of home. We have two dogs, one of which sheds quite a bit. Also, messy me who spills chewing tobacco on occasion. The vacuum had been terrific for day-to-day clean up. No cord! Just pull it out of the charger for a quick clean. Connecting tools is a breeze. Battery lasts about as long as advertised. Would recommend to a friend.

Love the lightweight design and attachments. Unable to use the carpet attachment on high power with a very thin rug so not sure how anyone does it with a thicker carpet.
