This is a great vacuum. It’s very powerful and picks up a lot of debris even when you you don’t think the floor is particularly dirty. The attachments are wonderful for picking up pet hair from my couch. It works so much better than the lint roller I was using. Battery seems to stay charged a long time, too.

We all love dogs, but what we don't love is the shedding. The accumulation of dog hair could cause all kinds of problems, least of all a dirty looking house. That's why the Dyson v10 animal vacuum have been awesome for me. I love that it's so portable, because it doubles as a car vacuum also! Definitely get one if you have furry friends!

for cat hair = amazing dust= amazing cat litter on the wood ground = do not even bother non carpet areas= do not bother car cleaning equipments = i do not know how the company released them! it does the job but it does not do anything different than my old $100 target vacuum . so it is up to you. I bought it because people talked about it a lot. I have 1 room 1,5 bathroom apartment. I use my half bathroom for cat litter,and of course the litter is all around and I thought Dyson would make my job easier but no. I passed the return date; otherwise i would prefer to not spent $500 and have any other vacuum performance. I only have kitchen and bathroom that do not have carpet they are wooden floor; i just not use there because it is wasting energy. And my apartment is less than 600sqf, and every after daily vacuuming , battery dies.(I only use boost mode because I believe other moods should not have existed. Dyson website has 3.8 user reviews and it was more reviews here , trusted and bought it. It has been a month. I used almost every other day. after first use i was so impressed bc I was bllndfolded by the money that I paid. Now after some use, I literally do not think it worths it. If you buy from Bestbuy, vacuum comes with some acceserios in it but Dyson website sells them. So good to buy here. But when i use for car (cleaning dog hair on the sit) . I was shock that it cleaned only %5 of hair! I am mad and feel stupid to be honest and I should have gone with some other brand comes with half price and same perform.

I own two of the older ones and this model is noticeably stronger and the battery life is a nice change too... I like the way it hangs up and it charges better than the older ones. Another thing is the way it empties and cleans up, yes a better Innovation than past models... The oldest one is getting retired and I will use the other one in the camper until it dies then I'll get another one of these...

Not a great vacuum for those with a bad back, elbow, shoulder, wrist, carpal tunnel, etc.... However, it is light weight and has great suction. Would give 5 stars if it would be even slightly self propelled and have a power button that didnt have to be continuously squeezed while vacuuming. I still prefer my Kirby (although its 25 lbs.) because it is self propelled, has an on switch that doesn't need to be squeezed, and doesn't flair up my back, elbow, or carpal tunnel.

Love this vacuum but hate the price. :). Though I have no regrets.

unbelievable vacuum. I have 2 huge dogs and a cat who all shed like crazy. you need this vacuum, if you have animals!!!! cordless is a dream come true. fits in all the small places under couches and in cracks. I love this purchase I was skeptical for years to drop this much money on a vacuum. I will never regret this!

Excellent suction with 3 levels of power. Much longer battery life than previous versions. Compatible with accessories from our v8 model. Still messy process emptying container, but not as messy as earlier models, and slightly more storage.

The Dyson Vacuum is an Excellent all around accessory! It has ample power to clean Carpets and Floors moving easily from one to the other. With a simple empty canister, plug and charge storage station! This is a must have for any busy home.

It's the lightest vacuum I've ever used and I love it.
