Great vacuum

It had some battery problem, but Best Buy didn't give me any trouble to exchange it. I've had the second one for a couple weeks. I've used it several times and is amazed at how strong it can be. There are several options to adjust the suction. It comes with plenty of attachment and there are more aftermarket ones to buy.

Never been this excited about a vacuum before

It actually makes me want to vacuum a lot more. The suction is strong, and it quickly and easily picks up lots of dog hair. The attachments are easy to use and swap out. You can use the stick for an upright vacuum or take it off for a handheld vacuum.

It is so easy to use and to attach the different attachments. The cordless feature makes me vacuum a lot more as I don’t have to plug in the cord or push around the big heavy vacuum! I also have a cat and long hair, and the wrap makes it so the hair does not get caught around the bottom! Great purchase!

Strong suction and maneuverable

The canister-emptying mechanism is super easy and well designed. We’ll see how the battery lasts over time but right now I’m very satisfied with it.

Dyson is superior

It’s convenient and simple to use and has superior suction. I mounted the dock/charger in the closet and just hang it up after each use. The only flaw I see is the power trigger must be held down to use as there is no “on” switch. Battery run time is adequate. Overall an excellent product!
