First time Dyson buyer! Finally decided to pull the trigger on this purchase. For what you get, I think the price is justified. Minus a star because the battery is not removable and you have to charge the entire canister via the charging port stand that is included in the box. Find myself vacuuming everyday, for no reason lol. The canister is more than enough to clean the entire house before having to dump it. I tend to use the Boost suction level on carpets which kills the batter faster. If I use the low or medium suction level, I can easily clean the entire house with no problem. It's satisfying watch all the dirt be pulled form the carpet. It does work on hardwood floors but I think the soft roller head (not included) would pick up a lot better but it definitely gets the job done. What I have found out that none of the YouTube reviews mentioned was the cool Star Wars light saber noise when you release the trigger. Is it expensive? Yes it is but compared to all the past vacuums I have used before this, I would buy this one over with no hesitation.

Love this vacuum! I use it everyday! Works very well with carpet. Very lightweight and doesn't make that loud of a noise compared to other vacuums I've owned. Now I can vacuum even in the middle of the night without worrying of disturbing my apartment neighbors.

Love this! Lightweight yet powerful. Sucks up animal hair, threads, long hair without tangling in the roller. Bought the earlier model for my daughter years back.. a tremendous improvement!

Works well on hardwood floors and small projects. Battery on lasts about 1 hour.

While this vacuum picks up better than any I've had before, and it's incredibly convenient, I've had repeating issues with the battery and components. Thankfully Dyson has good customer service, but they've sent replacement parts to me over and over as they continue to corrupt the battery in some way. Kind of shocking for an item at this price point...

Firstly, I hate to vacuum! But with 6 cats it is almost a daily requirement. This vacuum makes it fun. I find myself vacuuming everything! It's lightweight & does an amazing job picking up anything I throw at it! It's worth every penny & I will never buy anything but Dyson!

Well exceeds expectations. I put off buying a Dyson for years and purchased cheaper alternatives instead. I finally pulled the trigger and bought this Dyson and it has made cleaning our home significantly easier and more enjoyable! Worth the investment.

I have a corgi and this is the only thing that gets all the hair up. I love all of the attachments and how lightweight it is. I can carry it anywhere in the house and the suction power is amazing. 100% would recommend this.

Only regret I wish I would have purchased sooner! Best vacume ive ever had, the ease and the convenience omg the convenience is the best! The light structure! I do wish it had another tool accessory it does come with some but a different brush would be nice, overall a great purchase

Worth every penny. Very powerful vacuum and extremely easy clean up. I can’t see myself buying any other type of vacuums other than Dyson. We now own 2 Dyson vacuums, Dyson air purifier, and Dyson hair Dryer. Every Dyson product was definitely worth the price tag.

Dyson vacuums are amazing! I own 2 one for upstairs and one for down. Both have been a lifesaver and my kids both teenagers actually vacumm thier rooms!! Thanks!!

Is that heater is awesome. It is lightweight easy to maneuver and sits Perfectly in my kitchen perfectly. The instruction manual came with directions making it easy to set up without breaking anything (accident prone here) and The wall stand makes charging the unit a breeze. The only things I dislike about the vacuum are: • Short running time (+/- 30min) • The main Vacuum head attachment (seen on the box) needs to be larger • The wall unit that is installed for charging only has two slots for the four attachments that came with the vacuum • The individual who sold me the vacuum informed me that there was no crevice tool (Open the box and tah-dah.. a Crevice tool. I now wonder what the V 11 had that V10 does not). Overall I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

This is the easiest vacuum to use and because of that, I find myself vacuuming my floors more often. No more carrying my heavier model up the stairs either, it’s so lightweight and maneuvers around and under furniture so easily. I would highly recommend!

Since I can’t hire a maid I may as well buy something that will help me clean the house. Love that I can take this vacuum all over the house with no cord tangling. This vacuum has very strong suction just like the ones with a cord. The cup hold a lot of dirt.

Great vacuum. It has excellent suction, 3 power levels and lots of attachments. Great for vacuuming floors, getting spiderwebs on the ceiling, and getting pet hair out of the couch and car. Only drawback is the battery die quickly if you use it on the highest settings. Low power mode - close to 60 minutes Med power - about 25-30 minutes High power- about 6 minutes

One of my favorite purchases. Use in all rooms. Carpet, kitchen, bathroom, baseboards, hardwood floors. Different speeds for hard to pickup items. Easily empty tray to keep cleaning. Does the whole house without recharging. Great accessories and mounting base.

Yes, it does have a good suction for pet hair & dust, any other heavier material you’ll need to use the higher suction level. You would think for the price the battery would last at least 30 minutes and have an extra battery included. Nah, battery lasts 15-20 and that’s using the lower level of suction, 10 max with the highest. I live in a 900sqft apartment and use the vacuum on all except the bedroom since it has a thick carpet and use my bigger vacuum for this one. It takes about 30 minutes to vacuum the rest but this Dyson doesn’t meet the challenge, I have to recharge it half way and immediately after use. Luckily my apartment is not that big, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a bigger area, also because of the poor battery and no extra one. And it’s also heavy when hand-hold used.

We had a LG battery powered vacuum and was not happy with it. This dyson has much more power and the battery life is very good. My wife is very happy with this vacuum cleaner.

Vacuum is easy to use, different attachments come included which makes it helpful for different clenaing methods (smaller areas or difficult areas to reach). I would recommend.
