After their daughter vacuumed her bedroom, she came out glowing and talking really quickly. She said that she absolutely needed one of those when she goes to college. She said, “It’s worth the money, in all of its glory!” She’s thrilled to be able to walk around her room and not end up with cat hair stuck to her feet. The parents were also impressed with the Dyson performance. The Dyson stick makes vacuuming a quick delight rather than a chore.

It has a tendency to jam right at the turn into the chamber far too frequently since it's quite narrow. Vacuuming a 300 sq ft area required clearing out the jam 10 times...This vacuum cannot be recommended for any pet owners or anybody expecting to use it on surfaces other than the floor. Tt does a good job vacuuming hardwood without any large particulates, but that's about it. It does have a reasonable battery life and great maneuverability.

I like the fact that it's cordless - I can go anywhere I want without having to go back, unplug & replug. I wish the attachments were stored on the vacuum instead of the base.
