We have 2 dogs and this vacuum is awesome! We can get the entire house in one charge (ovr 3k sq feet). It's easy to use and very portable, and love the attachments.

All and all pretty good. But you lose a lot of power being battery. Going from tile to rug the motor will stop completely and have to restart on the rug. Would expect more for the price for sure.

Broke in less then year. Great suction but broke soon. Battery didn't last long either

Great vacuum. Does a good job. Battery life isn’t horrible and allows for small to medium jobs to be done on a single charge.

Light weight with heavy motor picks up all little things and dust from the floor and carpet.

Worked well for one year and then quit working entirely. Good for light duty cleaning. Gets up pet hair off of hardwood effectively. Right at one year of use it quit working. Not worth the high price tag.

Meeting expectations when it comes to suction and cleaning power at a reasonable noise level. Battery life is horrible! After a full charge it completely dies out after less than 30 minutes at Level2 power so I can barely finish a room and I have to wait for about 3 hours to start cleaning again so I’m spending the whole weekend vacuuming. Good for a studio apartment or a dorm room but definitely not a house.

My husband really loves this vac. It is long lasting and powerful. This is our second and upgraded Dyson cordless animal. We are very happy about this purchase.

Purchased for brand quality and have not been disappointed. I have hardwood floors and tile throughout the house, along with throw rugs. I have two heavily shedding dogs, so I use this vacuum daily. It’s a game changer to go cordless. The only issue I have run into is the filter needs to be washed out occasionally and has to completely dry. Since I use this daily, it would be nice to have two filters.

This is our third Dyson vacuum and as always it continues to impress. The vacuum has improved battery life and is great on all of our surfaces.

Very powerful vacuum that replaces my old Kirby. So far it does the job. I just have to get comfortable with it.

This is amazing vaccum. Its pick up dirt we dont see. When over the carpet 3 times and the bucket was full every time.

It is very easy to use. Wireless make it great. You don’t have to be bothered why the inconvenience of the wires and looking for and outlet. However the battery last less what I was expecting.

I recently received this vacuum to replace a Shark ION. I will base this review based on my Shark and my Dyson upright. First impressions were that this vacuum is well built and comfortable in the hand to use. Let me back up and tell you I have carpet on the second floor and steps and dark hardwood on the first floor. I also have two large golden retrievers and a cat that shed CONSTANTLY! When I first charged the vacuum based on the instructions I was eager to test it. This very first thing I noticed was there was no tangle in the brush role. Even after 5 vacuums since, the brush role is clear of any hair from my pets or my wife. My Shark needs cleaning with a razor knife almost every two days because it get so saturated with hair. I also noticed the battery lasts much longer than the Shark and it has quite a bit more suction. The charging is also much faster; ~3 hrs vs. ~5 hrs. The problem with the Shark ION is that as it fills with hair, it restricts the suction where as the Dyson does not, the hair is directed in a totally separate bin so it doesn't affect the airflow. The attachments are also everything you need to clean furniture, blinds, ceiling fans, and stairs. The Dyson has 3 power options and 3 suction options but does not have a brushroll speed option like the Shark. One feature I love about the Shark that the Dyson does not have is the LED lights on the brushroll. One might not think this is a big deal but when the lights are dim the lights enable you to see every hair that you might not have otherwise seen. Overall I love this and the Shark is headed to the garage or basement. My reason for deducting a star is the price and the lights. I think the price is too high but you could use this for your whole house if you wish. It goes over shag rugs, carpet and hardwood with no problem at all. The brushroll is not as wide as the upright but I think it does as good of job. If you have pets and are tired of cleaning brushrolls this is the vacuum for you!
