Easy to use, I use it a lot more than I did my plug-in vacuum. It’s used everyday more than once. Great suction, easy to empty! I love it!

Have only used it once on carpet. Its fast and easy to use. Leaves nice grooming lines on carpet. It doesn't have that self-propelled feel that a Dyson Ball has; requires more force to move it forward.

We use it everyday and since it is so practical our hose is cleaner than ever. Lots of suction power and the battery last quite a bit now.

The value price of $399 for Black Friday pre sale and sale is a great price for this vacuum - still expensive.... It is not the newest, but it works great. I really like the fluffy attachment for hard floors. I have had it run on low power with the hard floor fluffy tool for over 45 min. Great for stairs. This is the same as the Absolute version which is not usually available at Best Buy. I did buy the replacement plan since a leading consumer review magazine has indicated a higher than normal issue rate. I am very happy with it.

was easy to set up, our house is about 1250 sq ft and able to vacuum the whole house with out the battery dying. the normal mode works great and the super mode for when you need a little more power.

Powerful with much longer battery life than my old V6. It is lightweight and gets the job done. Dyson comes through again.

It is easy and light to use. It's so worth it. It does a great job of getting pet hair and everything else in the carpet.

I've just become a Dyson fan. Having owned several brands of vacuum cleaners, this is by far superior. In particular, the speed/power adjustments are quite helpful. Using it as a hand vacuum for extended periods can be a bit tiresome because it requires holding the canister. If you object is to purchase an ideal hand vacuum, this might not be the best choice, though I use it in that capacity frequently. As a floor vacuum, it's particularly effective at reaching under furniture.

I have had Dyson products for the last 6 years. Every time a younger sibling moves out, I "gift" them my Dyson so I have an excuse to upgrade. This vacuum is fantastic. The attachments are solid, easy to clean and specialized enough for any job you may have. I would highly recommend in making this investment in your home. Also, ALWAYS buy the geek squad coverage! Because it's not an upright vacuum, you have a greater chance of dropping it or missing its wall mount when you put it away. Geek squad covers accidental damage.

Bought this vacuum before Christmas and had to return it a week later. The first Dyson V10 after taking off charge would not turn on or would suddenly start working have a million trigger pressed. Best Buy exchanged it and so far the new one has been working amazingly. We vacuum daily and it is crazy the amount of dust and debris get picked up with this thing. Being cordless is so convenient for moving room to room and doing stairs. The hard floor attachment is great for our kitchen and dining area. No more sweeping!

I love this vacuum. We have had a Shark for 10 years that was starting to show its age, so I thought I would invest in something cordless. The power on this is comparable to the Shark and accessories it comes with are great. My only slightly negative comment is that the battery life isn’t great if you are running it on full power. So if you are looking to do it vacuuming marathon, it may not be for you. If you can split your vacuuming up during the day, it’s great.

Bought this because I was tired of fighting with heavy corded vacuums. Overall the quality is good, it feels somewhat cheaply made though but I haven’t had any issues with it yet. Sometimes the suction is a little disappointing since dyson is supposed to be the cream of the crop for suction power. I have to go over some things a few times for it to get sucked up. Battery lasts for a good amount of time but if you have a large house I would suggest a corded vacuum. I like that this version comes with the hardwood floor vacuum head as well as the traditional vacuum head. Overall it has been a great product with no issues.

This thing is amazing. Sucks up everything. Wish boost mode lasted longer. Not for large homes as your hand will get tired from pulling the trigger. Wish there was a lock on that so you can just go and not worry about it. Our house is 900 sqft, and that is the right size for this. Could be good as a single floor vac on larger homes for quick stuff, but you dont want to do a 1500 sqft space with this.

Much better than my old DC40 upright Dyson vacuum. Able to pick up all the fur from my two cats. Easy to carry up and down stairs!
