Great vacuum and easy to use. Lightweight and easy to move from upstart and downstairs.

Love the Vac. I have all hardwood and the roller makes it so much better with this version. I had the v10 animal, but switched to the pro version fir the roller and color change.. wasn’t happy with the purple one. Everything else is essentially identical as far as power, canister size and all that. Would definitely recommend this version to all who have smooth floors and a pet.

We don't have a lot of carpet in our house (3 bedrooms, upstairs hall/stairs, and then basement "~1700 sqft" 1st floor is all tile/wood). Can clean the whole place on Power setting 2. It does a wonderful job on all the different floorings. Only complaint would be the charge time ~3-5hrs, and the dust bin is small compared to your powered Dysons. But we're overall very satisfied with this purchase!

Love this vacuum! It’s quiet and does the job with all the great attachments.

This thing with the multiple heads is a game changer. The soft head really works well for hard floors. It also has insane suction power for carpet. It works just as well as my Ball vacuum that's a few years old if not better. I just wish the battery was larger, if its of concern to you maybe swing for the V11. Note the 11 doesn't come with the soft roller head.

Expensive but pre black Friday deal was good. Light and easy to use, lots of attachments.

This product works as described. If you have dogs though you will need time to unclog the vacum. Has great suction power but is pricey

Once you go Dyson, there’s no going back. Performance compared to my regular old uprights is downright impressive. This thing picks up dust and dirt with incredible ease. To add to this, on low power mode (which has more than adequate suction power) I can clean my entire 2000+ SF home, which has a mix of hard wood and carpet. Only issue I’ve had is a dead battery after roughly 4 months. After setting it to charge one day, the battery icon just flashed red 20 with no power. After contacting Dyson, I was sent a battery replacement promptly and all is well again.

Super easy to use and empty... Picks up great... I really like the 3 levels of power.

I was very excited about this vacuum. The portability and power make cleaning stairs and cars so much easier. And I love that I can quickly spot clean areas that need it. However 3 weeks into ownership the thing just stopped charging. Every time I docked it, I would just get a flashing red light. I reached out to Dyson support with the chat feature on their site and in less than a minute I had a new battery on the way free of charge. It's a shame it broke so quickly, and it's doesn't bode well for the quality of the product, but it's fixed and Dyson support was amazing.

Very glad to have gotten this on sale. I've been eyeing it since it came out. It works great and convenient, have 2 dogs and does the job real well. (One is a Siberian Husky the other is an Auggie). Dyson overall is a good brand, which I haven't had problems with. Had high expectations and they have been met. I just wish the battery life would last a little bit longer.

You've been looking at it for 8 months. You've read all the reviews and you're convinced it's the vacuum you want. No. It's the vacuum you NEED. Do yourself a favor and buy it already. Works tremendously and super easy to empty. Vacuuming is no longer a chore to get out, plug in, and move all the furniture around. It's a quick pick-up, zap some dust bunnies, and put it down. Super convenient.

It is easy to use. It has longer operation time to clean one floor up.

Love it! I’m in awe as to how much more dog hair this vacuum picks up. I did not believe the reviews that I read & when I started using it I didn’t stop cleaning our 3 level home. We have a chocolate lab & his fur is insistent shedding makes it difficult. One drawback is that the power died out before I completed cleaning so I had to do it in 2 separate phases.

Great product! There are a lot of attachments that I haven’t even used yet. Compact, easy to use, portable. Picks up dirt good.

This is a very versatile vacuum. Relatively expensive but worth it!
