It has not disappointed me so far. I have hard floors throughout my house and cannot stand little crumbs on the floor. This picked up everything and more and has been one of the best additions to my home.

This is by far the most convenient unit I’ve owned. The tools allow for easy use in any situation, The build quality is top notch, and the minimal maintenance is easy to follow. The only downside is the steep price. But I’d encourage this investment if you can make it. Can’t recommend enough!

Warranty covered. Battery died 2 years and got good chinese after market. Barrell broke and meed new bucket. Not warranty. If you think its broken, typically you just need to clear the lines.

Little disappointed

But when I tried to empty the bin, couldn’t remove stick from trash bin . Called dyson customer service, they said will send me the new bin . Hope it works . Good service but feel little disappointed for new item . Vacuum is very powerful, it has three levels power . This is mine third purchase. Hope you are lucky .
