handy, easy to use, lightweight strong vacuum, i enjoy using this one.

Very good and would recommend to anyone. Extra powerful on boost mode, and I sucked up dust that didn’t even know was there. The canister is big enough to do your whole house, and the batter lasts roughly 25 minutes on a full charge with boost mode.

Excellent product. Downside was instructions. Pictures basically. Seems to be targeting a wide spectrum of language users to make it easier to understand. However the directions get lost in this translation effort and end up not being clear

This is a beast. Easy to use although your hand can’t get tired at first but then you’ll get used to the weight and handle. I have 6 cats in my tiny apartment and have to vacuum pretty much every other day and this guy can take it effortlessly.

An epic vacuum cleaning device for any household, this Dyson product holds true to its brand name and the quality that carries. I am beyond happy, having upgraded from their V6 product to this one -- wouldn't change it for the world.

I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. I have long hair. You can see where this is going. I have battled finding a vacuum that can take on all of that and get all the nooks and crannies. This vacuum does that and more. Love it. Best small appliance investment I've made.

We have used the dyson for 5 years and loved it. We always get the warranty so when it stopped working we brought it back to Best Buy and they replaced it. Quick easy and immediate. Naturally we bought another service contract

Works great but runs out of energy quick. Easy to change out parts.

We love Dyson to begin with but this vacuum is awesome...my husband received it for Christmas and him and my daughter were on the floor opening their toys together...LOL... I didn’t give it 5 stars because the handheld felt a little clumsy while using it on the couch and all the surfaces of the couch...overall I would recommend this Dyson

I always thought that the Dyson products were overpriced. The sales and the idea of a cordless vacuum made it an easy decision this year. Great vacuum, steps have never been easier and having 2 dogs this thing gets the job done!

This is an awesome vacuum cleaner - the best I ever purchased. I don't enjoy cleaning it out, but the cleaning up the vacuum cleaner is reelatively easy. It picks up huge amounts of dog hair.

Love that vacuum, it has 3 speeds. The only con is that when you use the fast one , after a few minutes it has to be recharge. But it made my life easier, and the kids are fighting over to vacuum...

Awesome for an apartment. This is my second Dyson product and I love it! I lived in a small 750 sq ft apartment and this was amazing on the hardwood and carpet. However, when I moved into a 2400 sq ft house, I found the battery would not last long enough to take care of the whole house.

This product is a complete disappointment of a vacuum. It does not pick up large debris as it is marketed to. I even got the model that has the hardwood floor attachment, and that extension does not pick up simple debris. I have two cats so there is always food on the floor. This vacuum won’t pick up the debris with either the hardwood attachment or the standard carpet brush. Another failure of this device is if you go longer than a few days from vacuuming, any hair. dirt or any other debris will not be picked up and deposited into the content container. Anything I vacuum up gets stuck in the vacuum channel, subsequently causing there to be a blockage in the vacuum. I usually have to clear the blockage 2 or 3 times while vacuuming my living room alone. If you are trying to vacuum small pieces of paper, this will cause a blockage in the vacuum channel. If you’re trying to vacuum large debris in the carpet, this will cause a blockage. The last issue that I have is with the filter. The directions state you should wash the filter with warm water and let the filter sit for 24 hours. This is false; I typically have to let the filter sit for 4 or 5 days to completely dry. If the filter is not 100% dry, the vacuum will refuse to work properly. Overall, I am very disappointed by this product. With the price tag that comes with this device, I expected it to work at least moderately well. I will never buy another Dyson product again. I would strongly recommend not purchasing this device or line of devices. Save your money and time and look at a different product.

Can use the stick on floors or the top as a hand-held vacuum. Great on pet hair and kitty litter! Glad I spent a little more for this vacuum, well worth it!

A little more then the v7 or 8 but totally worth it. Use mainly on hardwood and it works well. Says 60 min battery life but it you use on carpet with highest setting it is more like 25 min.

Honestly, I didn't expect much out of this Dyson but I am impressed. The battery, even at max suction, lasted long enough to completely do three rooms with carpet and the amount of cat hair lifted was impressive. The downsides? The collection area is small so you'll be emptying it out often; when doing ceiling fan blades the exhaust was hitting me right in the face unless I contorted; the written instructions for use could be clearer...I had to go online to figure out how to empty the cannister; I still haven't been able figured out how to use the wall mount...need to go online for this as well.

This vacuum works great. Works on hardwood floor and tiles as much as carpets. I no longer need to sweep the floor before mopping. I gave 4 points rating because the battery power does not really last long enough when using the high speed setting. That's not good enough when you consider the price of this thing.
