Great Vacuum! Would by again this Dyson again. Having both heads for the floor and rug is wonderful.

The new hard floor attachment is so good, it's not even funny. If you have a hard floor, just get this vaccuum.

Love it when its charged. Cons - Battery only lasted a year. Best Buy protection plan does not replace the battery. Don't waste money on the protection plan.

I'm a veteran of Dyson vacuum cleaners, so when I had a chance to review the V10, I couldn't pass it up -- it's everything that I've grown to love about these cleaners. For starters, this vacuum set is really that -- I think I counted at least six different attachments to the main vacuum body. So, when you have something to clean up and you really don't want to use one of its wired cousins, this is the vacuum that fits. With three power settings, the V10 will power through most messes that you throw it at. Also, the V10 is no more than about 5 lbs in weight, so when you're trying to vacuum the stairs or perhaps a hard-to-reach area, this vacuum won't make you feel like you've just been through a major workout. And the motor is really kind of next-generation-sounding. When you depress the power button, it very quickly revs up and then immediately decelerates when taking your finger off the power. I'm not sure exactly how to describe it, but it definitely sounds like something from this century! The only downside to the vacuum is the battery life. After putting it on a full charge, don't expect this vacuum to replace the time and energy you'd use with a wired vacuum. Regardless, that's what you get from having a battery-powered device, so it'd be unfair to be overly critical on this point. Lastly, the attachments go together exactly as you'd expect from any other Dyson device -- easy and proper to snap up and take off. This is definitely the battery-powered Dyson for your residence.

Worked as advertised. Small issue with jamming when vacuuming a large amount of Corn Pops. Great otherwise.

I waited over two hours for this vacuum in their ‘store pickup’ program. 10-minutes? I finally flagged down someone. He said he drew that one over an hour ago, and ‘we can’t find it’. So, was someone going to tell me? He shrugged and said he’d go look again. I went into the store, and got the ‘We can’t give you that item, or better, you will have to settle for a cheaper item’. Two hours plus of my time is worthless? Nice. They finally found it, on top of a rack of washing machines? (As I remember) I explained I had my dog in the car. (Coincidentally I had to put her down later that night due to CCoV) Bad follow up from the beginning: Do we ACTUALLY HAVE IT, to okay the order. Bad follow through on the confirmation I was waiting for the item: ‘We can’t locate the item today. Please wait until me find it and notify you. Horrendous follow through when I was SITTING IN YOUR PARKING LOT, waiting for the item I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, and expected in ‘about 10 minutes’. Callous ‘We got your money, can’t find your stuff, go away’ on: ‘We can’t find it. Come back tomorrow, or take a cheaper item! Bye!!!’ Thank Ford the guy I flagged down in the parking lot OVER TWO HOURS LATER, found the correct item. HE should be making millions a year in salary, not the CEO!!! Management should be docked in pay! That was INEXCUSABLE, to wait that long for a vacuum THEY KNEW THEY COULDN’T FIND! SOMEONE should go to people waiting in their cars to tell them SOMEONE cares/knows they are there! I thought I was being ignored, forgotten, blown off! Way To Go!!! You need to do this better!!! The vacuum is interesting. Quirky, but good. The pickup was a disaster.

We gave it as a Christmas gift. They love it. They have two dogs and they use it daily.

Bought 2 because these were such a good deal. I do wish the battery life was a little longer but besides that... GREAT buy!

Wouldn’t get any other brand. I promise, once you go Dyson, you won’t get anything else.

Really love how it sucks up all the pet hair but sucks that Best Buy doesn’t carry the filters.

Easy to use. Works just as good or better than our plug in Dyson vacuum. Only down side is battery will go out before we finish the whole house which was expected when we got it.

Works great as all Dysons do. But like all Dysons, it’s expensive. Only draw back is run time but it works flawlessly.

Own the v7 and bought this as a present for family at Christmas. Have not used it yet, but if anything like the other 3 dyson products I own, I am sure that it will work well

Not only is it amazing, but it is also PRETTY. I love my Dyson! This is my second one and they only get better!
