Great customer service

Dyson sent me a new one and I shipped the broken one back to them. Awesome customer service. This cac requires a lot a little maintenance. Always have to empty it. Clean the air filter. Buying a 2nd air filter would be a good idea. Shake the vac when emptying so all the dust is removed from inside the vacuum.

Best vacuum ever - but only gives 45 minutes work

We used to vacuum on regular basis before this, but when i used this for the first time on our carpets, this sucked up so much dirt. I didnt even realize I had so much dust particles. The only drawback is that a full charge battery will get you 45 minutes of working vacuum.

Quick to maintain. Quick to use. Works great. It's different than the giant, heavy, monolith upright vacuums, so don't buy it expecting it's the same. If you value quick, lightweight, and easy-to-use, combined with world-class engineering and design, then don't hesitate.
