We have mostly hardwood flooring, but two rooms (den and media rooms) have carpeting. This device goes from one surface to another and doesn't miss a beat. Love not having to plug and unplug too!

We were tired of replacing cheap handheld after handheld vans not picking up the quick cleans. This Vac grabs it all!! When on max you get less runtime but it is bearable for the quality of product!!!

Much easier to vacuum with this baby! Pretty too! Just wish that the battery lasted a little longer on the max power option. When I’m cleaning the whole house, I’ve learned to adjust going to the lower power level on the hardwoods so it lasts longer.

Dyson is worth the investment. So efficient and you can’t go wrong if you get the geek squad protection plan it is an essential if you are buying this. Love it. Makes my house clean and makes it easy.

This product is fair. But the price is not fair. Actually when I purchased this product, the staff said that it will be a final sale price. But later, the price lower than I purchased!

My house cleaning time has been cut in half! I actually like to sweep the whole house. We have high traffic with 3 dogs and a baby. We love it! Dyson has been a game changer.

Now I sweep more often. This little guy has 3 speeds. It does not lift my carpet when I set it to low power, as my previous Dyson(wired) did. The only downside is that it does not run long enough to do a whole house. A little pricy too!

I like how it's so light and easy to carry. But when I used max option battery only last 15 minutes. If you have a big house and kids yo uh need something that also has a wired option incase it's out of battery.

Powerful stick vacuum. Works great on hardwood and tiled floors. Only issue is how long the battery last, battery life could be a lot better for $ 400 + vacuum

Love this sweeper except you have to keep your finger on the trigger the entire time you are sweeping. Would prefer it to have a on/off switch

The value is great when compared to the price of V11. This model came on sale for about 350.00 and you cannot beat the value for that price.

I love this vacuum. It is so portable and easy to use. It has great suction and I'm surprised to see how much dust and cat hair it picks up.

This is great, easily replaces our full vacuum and is easy to store. The charging is really intuitive and the different settings for different floor types is useful.

I can vacuum practically anywhere with this cordless one including ceiling, window frames, etc. where cords did not allow to reach with previous vacuums.

We got rid of all other vacuums because this one is so good. Extremely helpful team at BB and offered to do a price match, which we were not aware of.

I have had three of these back to back. They are very nice and convenient when they work. Each one has lasted approximately 18 months. The bottom line is the battery simply gives out. You also cannot replace the battery nor can you purchase extra batteries. Dyson should follow the example of Ryobi and others regarding replacing and switching out batteries. These vacuums are more powerful than you think. Medium speed is always adequate.

It’s very light, convenient without the court. However the swivel hangs up a little bit. Also I have a very nice thick Asian rug, it has difficulties with this

This is my second Dyson and it is better than the first. That bar was already set pretty high. I would and have recommended these to many many people.
